Training Program

So one of the biggest issues we have in the OS is lack of trainers to teach the Acolytes. I've spoken with [member="Darth Ferus"] last night and he is going to have his Assassins (Knights or higher) assist in training the Acolytes. I also feel we should be doing the same.

Now, I'm not saying take an Acolyte as a full-time Apprentice (that's up to you) but asking those that are Knights or higher here make attempts to teach classes for our Acolyte Sisters. We have a Training Forum here that can be used for just that....or if you are like me, prefer to train people in the non-faction RP forums on the site.

The more we train/assist each other....the stronger we can become as a Faction (both OS and COTBR).

Also, I'm looking for someone to start up and maintain a training program here. Which means you will become a Mod for this faction. If anyone is interested, please PM me and we can discuss/bounce ideas off each other.

Also as a note.

Just because your an acolyte doesn't mean you can't train people. You can teach your fellow acolytes in this you know/were taught that they don't know. You could even train knights or master. @Malori Raaf has been teaching me for example.

Rank means nothing with training save for the fact the higher rank you are, the more you have to teach.
