Training with auntie

Sia had been sleeping for a long time. It was 3 A.M. Sia's eyes finally shoot open to the sound of thunder shaking the building. So Sia finally got dressed in some comfortable clothes before grabbing her saber's and starts down to the training room scared out of her mind but she knew training would help. She came into the training room and then grabs a training blade

Matsu had her two blades to work with her niece, the lower power setting there while she was moving over some of the things here and there. Her geta and traditional robes gone in place of a training sarashi and fitted pants. Her bare shoulders covered in tattoos and scars from everything she had done while making some more moves when she arrived seeing Sia. "So how are you feeling now sweeite?"

"Scared." Sia says shaking

have no reason or need to be scared, I am just going to teach you Ateru and." Matsu trailed off as she was standing there and produced her blades. The twin sabers holding them for a moment so she could mirror her niece with two sabers. "And there is also jar'kai with your two blades."

"It it's the thunder." Sia says still shaking

Matsu looked at the girl as she heard her speak and she crouched down just looking at her with a smile. "It is alright, the thunder isn't going o harm you." While moving around she stayed there. "Did you bring your lightsabers?"

"Yes but I'm tired. What time is it?"

Matsu looked at the girl as she spoke. "THen if you are tired why come for a training session? We are not strict Sia, we don't force you to preform like a monkey lizard." She was standing there looking at her.

"I need to learn shall we begin?" Sia said and pulled her sabers.

Matsu looked at the girl with a bow of her head in enjoyment while she held her blades. With everything major out of the way she backed up a little offering a smile until she flipped the power adjustment on the sides of the blades. She turned them down to training blade levels while activating both of them with a snap hiss.

As Sia sees this she jumps into the air and opens her blades which are set on training blades. They open with a snap-hiss as Sia flips through the air

Matsu looked at her flipping arounf the room and moved to the side as she was taking in most of it. "Careful, flipping can be impressive but ateru is not about just jumping and flips. YOu need to use it to build up speed and power" She moved more for herself and had the blades as she could burst out force energies to trip the girl up.

Sia hits the floor "Ow." She says picking herself back up

Matsu was watching her and moved, her sabers remaining active as she kicked off the force wall she created and bounced spinning to crash her blades down towards Sia to try and knock her down again. "Ateru is about constant movement."

Sia attempts to keep moving

Matsu watched her as she was moving with most of the attention on her nice. Focus and precision were what was needed as she lept focusing the force energy to create a distortion that she could move off of. The blades slashing as she was watching Sia with a look on her face. "Keep focused."

Sia focuses as hard as she can and continues until she makes a wrong move and slips

Matsu stayed with her movements as the jedi master reacted darting to the side and remaining focused with her two sabers there on the sides. Ready for an attack that never came when the girl slipped and fell. "Ouch, you alright? THere is a lot more of those in your future."

Sia doesn't respond instead she leaps from the ground straight over her aunt bringing her sabers around right to her aunts throat "Never trust your enemy"

Matsu remained still and calm as she was watching with some interest to see what the girl planned to do before her sabers were slashing. She reacted quickly and without thinking as the one saber came up to block with the other following to slash the hilts of the sabers. She didn't need to think it over just react and move back hearing the girl. "Were you my enemy this fight would already be over Sia. Don't confuse trainign to learn with an actual fight."
