It was a normal morning for Ace. Waking up and thinking about what his master will be like (if he got one). Ace was on his way to meet hiss Youngling freinds, but on the way he couldn't stop thinking about his master! Ace then did his daily force and lightsaber drills, then his training in a group with other younglings! When it was finished Ace went for a walk. He was day dreaming (as he normally does) while he was walking. He then bumped into someone! (Musta Ike)He then started apologising and saying he is stupid for day dreaming! He then sat down thinking about what to do when somone walked over to him! This was the person he bumped into! "Hello" he said "Are you a jedi?" Musta then nodded her head. "Wow, I wish I could be one, but I can't because I don't... Well I don't have a master. "Do you have a padawan?" Musta shook her head "Really?" Ace shouted in excitement! "Man i be your padawan?"

Matsu raised an eyebrow as she stood there, her black eyes on the padawan before she spoke standing in the sunrider robes with a grin on her face. "Well I could." She was moving now and going towards the research labs where her teams were working. Their work not forgotten and the latest things they had been developing based on information from the journal and holocrons. "Come along then." Matsu was leading the way through the massive city sized temple as it gleamed in the sunlight. Golden stairs and pathways going towards the training area with mats that looked out upon the planet itself below. "THe golden temple is one of the landmarks here on the planet and a special place to learn. You'll do well here I think."

"I hope I do well" ace said in the sunlight! He looked exited and confused at the same time he didn't know what to do or what to say, he was overwhelmed. He doesn't know what to expect, he has no idea what he will learn...

Matsu continued to move until she was in one of the area's, a nice one to work in and she rolled her shoulder taking the moments to prepare. The sounds of machinery and researchers discussing their finds or projects were there in the distance before her attention was on a few of the things. She was interested it one of the find they had discovered in the ruined cities below on the planet while turning around to look at the padawan. "Alright we shall begin shortly, first tell me your name and what you know of the jedi."

"My name is Ace, Ace light" he said with exitment in his voice. "Jedi are peace keepers who are now with the force, they have many skills including lightsaber combat, some Jedi don't go on adventures, they prefere to teach younglings! Some Jedi prefere to use the force instead of their lightsaber" Ace said this saying this with enthusiasm!

Matsu was listening to him with her hands clasped behind her back while she was thinking about it. Her head giving a slight nod while she spoke. "Close but there is much more ot being a jedi, to defend peace is noble but people make peace. You need to work on protecting them so they can make the peace." She was watching him while now moving to the side and bringing out a training blade as she looked at the orange blade. "The other real question to ask is what kind of jedi do you see yourself as?"

Ace listend carefully to every word his master said, "I would like to be a Jedi Gurdian!" Ace said this with excitement. "Is that training blade" Ace asked, "will I get a real lightsaber one day?" he really wanted to use a real lightsaber, and to know how it feels to use one.

"Yes it is." Matsu was looking at him while the idea of a jedi guardian gave a nod of her head. She grinned though and could teach him how to work with that as she moved offering him the blade. "This is a blade you will be using until you can use it without cutting your limbs off." She held it out for him and waited for him to take it deactivating the orange blade while she moved. "The first lesson will be the stance to use while holding the blade and breathing so you don't tire yourself out."

Ace takes the blade, he hold it for a few seconds, he then says "I'm ready to learn, master" Ace said that while trying to hide his excitement!

Matsu looked at the boy and bowed her head while she held out one hand. Slowly letting blue force energy shimmer along the surface of it while she spoke. "The most basic of saber combat is the stance for shii-cho, the first form and oldest among them from before lightsabers existed. Hold the blade facing me, diagonal from your waist with the tip almost aimed above my head. Both hands firmly on the hilt and feet space with your knees just slightly bent."

Ace did everything his master told him. He did it with excitement is his eyes, while the wind was blowing in his hair he thought about every movement he made and everything he could do better!

Matsu continued to watch the padawan while she held her finger with the blue light in her hand and spoke. "Your blade will be important, there are different zones of contact you can use for defense and offense." She brought her hand up and pointed them out while she was waiting for him to move the saber and meet her finger with the blade. Tutaminis to catch the energy from the blade while she was working to teach him where to move and defend. "Find a natural flow of your movement and positioning so you can move to block and strike at the opponent. Your positioning will also be dictated by your feets movement."

Ace listend carefully and eaggaly as his master taught him. "So this bit is for offence and this bit is for.. Defence" Ace said while looking at the blade!

Matsu continued to watch him and show the techniques, going to the zones below the waist and rotating the saber so the padawan was always able to go back to the ready position to defend. "Yes it is the attack and the defense, as you get better you'll be able to move faster and defend or attack from the jedi ready stance. Your movement will go far into disarming your opponent and you will have to press the attack without aggressive or wrecklessness."

Ace continued to listen to his master. He them thought about actually being in a battle with lightsabers, who would his opponent be and when would it be...

Matsu continued to watch him and moved through the saber motioned as she was keeping her fingers at the ready. Slowly increasing the speed as they went through the movements with the sounds of the researchers coming and working on the temple while she spoke. Moving back finally and standing there as she clasped her hands behind her back with the sounds of a transport coming down that they could work with and below in the valleys below. "You are doing well but a jedi needs to be able to work on things in the field instead of just within a temple. We'll head down and explore the valley."

Ace was was exited to look around the valley with his new master he thought of all the things he would see, he'd never been down the valley before.

Matsu was looking at him while she motioned for him to get in with a small look. Heading down from the edge of the temple towards the lush valley away from it showed warehouses and sections that had been dotted with mercenaries. She let the force expand out while they were going over some of the different bits of information on the scanners she clasping her hands behind her back Matsu stood at the ready for the transport to get them down as she looked on with the doors opening.

Ace was exited, he was about to have his first little adventure with his master! He'd only ever been in a transport in training but it nrver moved, this was the first time Ace had ever been in a moving transport!

Matsu looked at her padawan and raised an eyebrow going through the field as they were walking among some of the encampments. "I want you to expand your senses out padawan, search the valley and the encampments for anything of interest but only with the force. You have no time limit and anything you can feel is important but you must focus and find it yourself." She was moving and searching herself, the small sensation of something guiding the jedi master but she wanted to see how the padawan preformed.
