Traitors and rebels both (open to fringers and rebels)

Location: Marzoon
Objective: Rebel hunt
Guidelines: Track down NPC or PC resistance forces in the Neutral Zone and eliminate them. They might be remnants of the old Rebel Alliance, they might be locals, they might be Underground, and they might be new Rebel Alliance.

Lucien stood on the observation deck of The Potestas , a cantankerous and disarmed capital ship he comendeered when he needed a little statement peice, looking down over the planet of Marzoon. Lucien had reason to suspect that the planet served as a den for treachery. Elements such as these could not be allowed to fester and especially so close to the capital.

To that end lucien had assembled a team to assist him in seeing the rebels and their protectors sadly to an executioner in a timely and efficient manner. He had summoned this team to his ship to discuss just how this would go about occurring. Of course there was also the small matter of ensuring none of his companions would force into an untimely appointment with death, such a set back would be so very inconvenient.

She’d never met Lucien Cordel before, but his reputation preceded him – a fact that made being ‘summoned’ a little easier to stomach. She’d spent most of her life on her own whim, doing as she pleased within the confines of the Fringe’s small rule-set, a little black book that she didn’t find difficult to adhere to as it was. She’d fallen in through coincidence, the same hand of fate that pushed her somewhere she felt at home. That being said, she’d almost bled to the death in the cold snows covering parts of the planet that man who’d called them all governed – Skye had almost been her grave. It made this meeting feel strange – an uncertain kind of nostalgia.

She’d arrived ten minutes prior, cleared by Cordel’s crew to board the Postestas in her small stealth ship. When she saw her fellow Fringer for the first time she thought he was much as she’d been told, holding himself with the bearing of a man of manners. Thinking it only fitting to respond in kind she moved in to the room she’d been shown to, tilting her head and studying him with a reptilian gaze perhaps slightly unsettling though she didn’t know it. “Lucien Cordel? A pleasure to finally meet you…”

Coren was... well, he was playing the team game. There were a few things that he did enjoy, and getting out and putting his foot down on certain bands of beings was one of them. Sure, maybe it was his past (the one he heard about in family datacron), being someone of Imperial ideal influence, but it was also that he did believe in certain governments. And with the Dawn Treader making port in Annaj? That meant his progeny had claimed the Fringe Federation as something worthwhile. He made the call to sign up for a bit of work around the Federation, and to that end it wasn't always reclaiming lost goods.

Nope, some of it was combat. And that was what found him on the Potestas. He had his new D5-Mantis, well, new to him, stowed aboard the hangar. He wasn't sure if he was going to need the Tiburon, but his freighter was off being used by Kelly Topol, so... That explained the ship. Besides, the KDY Patrol Craft was new, and pretty well built.

After making sure his ship was secure, the Corellian made his way to find the one in charge, this [member="Lucien Cordel"]. Hearing another voice, that of [member="Matsu Xiangu"], he approached slowly, giving them a moment to greet one another. It always seemed to happen that things went on this way, but it was the start of a mission, right?

(Sorry for the delay)

Lucien turned from The planet bellow and looked to the door "good evening , lady [member="Matsu Xiangu"] I assume , please take a seat ... One of the staff will provide you a refreshment" on cue a servant stepped from the shadow and moved over to the table "I am Lord lucien Cordel "

Of course the pair were not alone, another had arrived and was lurking on the outside of their conversation. [member="Coren Starchaser"] a man of some means it seemed "Mr. Starchaser please join us, time as they say waits fo no one and nor do I as a rule ... We have important matters to discuss" Lucien walked to the head of the table taking a cup of tea from the servant on his way.

A hologram of the planet sprang to life at the tables centre and lucien began " I trust you all know why we are hear, intelligence suggests that the planet below is a hive of rebels , I can't allow such people to fester and strengthen so near to the capital" the hologram zoomed in "I believe the rebels are blended into the rural villages and we must smoke them out without inciting a war ... I welcome your input on how best we do this" after all lucien was more experienced in dealing with criminals after they had been caught.
