Transferring items from one character to another

Ello,

I have a weapon a character I got rid of had, and I'm wondering if I could reuse that weapon with another character. The weapon does have an approved submission, but it didn't require a development thread. (http://starwarsrp.net/topic/49565-saruhs-lightsaber-blaster-hybrid/?p=741270)

The only things I transfer are family heirlooms, but I don't see why not if you write it out.
