Creating the city now unnamed as others of their race explored the sector, many settled down and considering themselves masters of life the created many new servant races. Of those only one remains on this world, the Maoi. [/SIZE][SIZE=10pt]Thousands of years before the [/SIZE][SIZE=10pt]Battle of Yavin[/SIZE][SIZE=10pt], several [/SIZE][SIZE=10pt]Dark Jedi[/SIZE][SIZE=10pt] attempted to conquer the Kathol[/SIZE][SIZE=11pt]. [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Succeeding in Driving the Kathol out, they abandoned the old Kathol city to the elements and instead created a new citadel upon a place tied to the dark side and strengthened by what they had done from the darkside. They two seeing themselves as alchemist and creators in turn began experimenting with life and death only to create a breed of Withered Smoke fiends. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]During this time a favorite pastime of many of the masters was to hunt the ooze like Maoi, realizing they were in danger of being wiped out the Maoi came up with a plan to fight back. A clever Maoi realized the danger of the Fiends the Dark Jedi had created, and they were able to use them by having them turn on their masters. Called the night of hunger. All the remaining Dark Jedi and their servants were killed to the last person. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]From this day on, all who set foot on Tre-Soli did so at their own peril. As the years went on may others tried to colonize Tre-Soli. All perished when the world went dark, tortured by the Withered smoke before being consumed by the Maoi.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Tre-Soli[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt] [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]orbits Culoss very slowly compared to most moons. Taking 5 months to make one orbit it has a near two month period when it sits in Culoss’s shadow. It is during this time the Wither Smoke and Maoi attack. Feasting on all who came to Tre-Soli in the time of light. During the time light both races tend to hide allowing those unfortunate enough to come time to settle down before they spring their trap.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Not unaware of technology used by other races, there many distress beacons and other signals they broadcast from the previous settlements. They use these are a syrin would use its’ song to call young sailors, luring any they can to their doom. [/SIZE]
