Trigonus Industries was established immediately following the collapse of the Empire of the Lost, as events moved its owner, Maldor Mecetti, even farther from family support than he already was. He was forced to create a cadet branch of House Mecetti which was utterly cut off from his former Tapani sector home, and to perform his own manufacturing and sales without even clandestine House Mecetti support. Utterly distinct from the House Mecetti Nationalized Industries, Trigonus Industries uses previously acquired House Mecetti ships to facilitate his operation as an independent defense contractor and supplier.
RATIONALE
Maldor Mecetti received a great deal of unofficial help from his family and the family company when he fled GA space to join the Empire of the Lost. Events have since cut him off from support, but he already had enough ships and manufacturing capacity to make a go of it as a truly independent operator. Resources of this company include two Prime Assembler Factory Ships (https://www.starwarsrp.net/threads/fsc-100-prime-assembler-factory-ship.184270/), two Grand Architect mobile shipyards (https://www.starwarsrp.net/threads/hmms-1-grand-architect-class-mobile-shipyard.179199/) and one Sifter Class Mining Drone Carrier (https://www.starwarsrp.net/threads/sifter-class-mining-drone-carrier.181958/) which also acts as the Corporate Headquarters. With these resources, the company can construct twelve capital ships simultaneously, or a much larger quantity of smaller vessels. This does not include droids, weapon systems, and other war materiel which can be produced in the thousands every month. While this manufacturing capacity can't compete with outfits like Sienar Systems, it is sufficient for the company to be notable supplier to nations and worlds with wartime materiel needs.
