Strengths:

Congenial- Dude is just genuinely likeable.

Daredevil- It wasn't his kill record that got him assigned to Revenant Squadron, it was his insanity questionable judgment complete disregard of the well being of himself and others skill at the stick. Faster turns, harder banks, and tighter spins. You know, that kinda stuff.

Weaknesses:

Intense Pack Bonding Instinct- He gets close to people easily, which sometimes affects his professionalism.

Loose Cannon- When it comes to protocol and regulations, Tristram has a tendency to play it fast and loose.

Proud- Not to be confused with conceit. Tristram just refuses to back down from a challenge, be it directed at himself or his squadron.

Look, what happened in the past isn't all that interesting. Grew up middle class on Coruscant, childhood, school, blah blah blah, naval academy, flight school, blah blah blah, got bounced around the fleet, finally reassigned to a squadron that will appreciate his hot-doggin'.
