Destruction could be rather comforting. At least when viewed from afar. The planet below, Eol Sha was unique, in some ways. It was temperate, sure, but it was littered by volcanoes and geysers that, from afar, seemed to erupt in a beautiful orchestra. From up close, their absolute destructive power would have been something to fear - but from a safe distance, it almost felt soothing. At least to the young Sith apprentice.
There were more things which made the system unique. For now, it was primarily its position as the neutral frontier world between the Imperials and the Crusaders. The space station had become something of a safe haven for smugglers, criminals, pirates and spies. It was a place where people came to indulge themselves or to trade information and goods. Thus, it had become a common destination for Sith escapees. Of course, it wasn't the ideal place for stay for long - but it was a good place to run when being chased within either Imperial or Crusader space. It was also why Delphine was there - not to escape the evils that hunted her kind, but rather to look for allies who might join her under Insatious.
Turning away from the viewport, she looked back at the facilities she found herself in. She had heard rumours of a Sith being by a somewhat less shady and more luxurious area of the station. Having failed to gain entry to the restaurant, she had decided to simply wait by the reception area to a spa while keeping a watchful eye for her potential ally. Perhaps it wasn't the best strategy but then, she couldn't think of anything better that wouldn't simultaneously expose her. For while the station was somewhat more safe for her kind, Imperial and Crusaders were inevitably going to have some sort of presence there too.
Suddenly, a middle-aged man crashed out from the restaurant. Her eyes immediately shot up to him and she quickly realised that she had found her mark. His presence within the force was strong and she could sense that his power was far beyond her own. And that was, in a way, a cause for concern. Not because she thought that he would do her harm - he was, after all, Sith. It was more important now than ever before that they worked together. The root of her concern was that he appeared to be in trouble. No sabre hung by his belt and judging by the bleeding, whoever he was fighting had to be giving him a run for his money.
Delphine stood up. She too, was unarmed but maybe they could escape together? The senior Sith raised his arm in a motion that some would make when trying to pull a weapon back but nothing came. She looked to him, weary and unsure of what to do. Then, he suddenly turned - apparently having given up on summoning whatever it was that he was trying to pull. As he turned to run towards the spa, she could see the absolute horror in his eyes. It appeared as if he really did need a hand.
