BIOGRAPHY:
Tsartt Breaalb was born to a Hutt Crime Lord in the Hutt Cartel, his birthplace was Nar Shaddaa. When Tsartt was old enough to take control of his own sectors / areas, he took ownership of a well seized palace in the Nar Shaddaa swamps. He has tried to join the Hutt Council and proved himself of high intelligence and maturity. The palace was given the nickname "Pawa Sleemo", translated to "Power Slime Ball" in Basic from Huttese. Tsartt has a fair ammount of greed, as most Hutts do, but he knows when those who are loyal to his crime family deserve proper payment, respect, and opportunities of high luxury.
Tsartt Breaalb is currently accepting bounty hunters, criminals, smugglers, and those willing to slave. His palace is a safe-haven for criminals and holds a large droid fighting arena called "Droi Unubunko" or "Droid Underground".
