Arbitration: Turin is able to get hostile parties to de-escalate and investigate the grievances. As Arbiter he investigates the event, makes inquires of witnesses, and follows clues of the crime or event.

Skilled Duelist: Turin loves to spar, he is master of Makashi, skilled at Ataru, and naturally gifted at Shien/Djem So lightsaber forms.

WEAKNESSES

Overthink: When the shroud of the dark side is strong, Turin can overtink things and play into manipulations of Sith Lords.

Romantic Moron: Unable to read signals and flirting, Turin had no idea when someone is hitting on him.

HISTORY

Turin was born on Kamino and grew up the son of Cargo Workers who helped the brillint native Kaminonians transport their goods and items off world. One time a Jedi named Jarr Sune found Turin levitating some boxes and after doing dome Midi-chlorian tests, took him to a Jedi Enclave to be trained in The Ways of the Force.

Early on Turin showed an aptitude for conflict resolution, solving disputes between peers. One day, his Master Orak Duin haf him take on a case of Rodian named Veebo and Smuggler bamed Carl Woltan. After some investigation, Turin discoveree Veebo was making items with volatile componets and that Carl was ptering one in twrlve units to sell on the market. Because of Turin’s efforts justice was abjudicsted and he was placed in Diplomatic Corps, where he choose the path of Jedi Arbiter.

After being Knighted after settling a dangerious misunderstanding between a Hutt and a Ronin Force User, Turin took his place as Arbiter, investigating cases at his leisure, bringing justice with negotiation, both diplomatic and aggressive when warranted.
