Twilight Zone

Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist
Matsu was bringing things about, there had been many changes throughout the galaxy that had given her more things to work with when she clasped her hands behind her on the bridge of the ship with a look of her head to the side. The system they were in was very different and it was something she wanted to show her padawans. Nibelungen was not your typical system as it had grown carefully and privately in the galaxy allowing itself to be controlled as a massive fortress system of worlds. Then there was something that they looked at when she pushed the force energies around herself to expand them outwards so Sorel and Satyana could see it for themselves because few would really believe it.... and well she knew that many would find a reason to dislike it but the jedi who had come out here in the expansion era had stayed and formed up into something of a massive orde many didn't really see or know about. "So for the two of you there is a small gift to celebrate Sorels passing of the jedi trials to reach knighthood."

Her meditation sessions had really begun to pay off. With her newly constructed light saber and her balance between the light and dark being slowly balanced out by her necklace, Satyania begun to embark with her master and her fellow padawan whom would soon become a knight. She couldn't of never been more proud at her. Her explorations with these two were indeed exciting and quite well under her masters wing. Satyania glanced at her light saber, igniting it and looking at the blue hue as she softly swung it a bit. She was trying to learn the basics on how to really calm her anger to master form VII, which was perhaps the most dangerous of them all. But those sessions with Ariss Yune were indeed time to relieve herself from her usual anxieties. Besides, whatever fears she had were burried deep within, trying to relinquish them once and for all. She swung the hilt softly and ran the blade. "So, Sorel." She said smiling at her softly. "Becoming a knight eh? I'm quite happy you are. You are a brave padawan and proven yourself to be resourceful and wise."

Sorel Crieff

Ready are you? What know you of ready?
Sorel was always impressed when her Master showed her something new. It was never mundane and invariably took her breath away. So when Matsu had an air of secrecy about her plans, Sorel was always excited. This meant it was going to be very good.

She was on her Master’s ship, along with Satyania. She blushed slightly at the mention of passing her trials. It was expected and, in Sorel’s eyes, if you applied effort to the task, entirely achievable. Not that she wasn’t pleased to have her braid removed once this mission was complete. It was a symbol of course but more than that it showed that she was on the right path and making progress. The title was irrelevant; it was the journey that mattered. It was all that mattered.

And she sensed a growth in Satyania since their last meeting. She seemed more settled. Perhaps she’d benefitted from specific training from Matsu? Perhaps her connection to the Force had increased due to better meditation? In truth it didn’t really matter to Sorel. Each and every Jedi walked their own path. As long as it led to the light, Sorel was pleased.

And she listened to her fellow Padawan’s words. “I am a Jedi and hope to be of service. And no, I’m not just being humble for the sake of it. I mean those words. I’m just a little further along the path than you are today. Soon you’ll be a Knight too – which is how it should be. It is not a question of ‘if’ but a matter of ‘when’. You’ll do well. In fact, I don’t know a braver Padawan than you.”

Matsu listened to the two of them and there it was, the system appearing as she spoke backing from the view port of the observation window and giving them a view of it. The sleek blackness of the station that was above the world furthest in and each world within the system once they entered was something that few others could see. The lightside of the force came off of all the worlds within the system. "The five sisters as the local jedi have come to call them, dozen's of moons between the worlds that have been developed and terraformed to support life but were also brought from their generational ships to become fortress worlds." She was looking at them and they were massive temples on the screen and a chamber that looked close to the senate building from the outside but inside she knew it was where all but the jedis grandmaster stood looking over the leaders of the different councils. "There are billions of jedi out here that few others have seen or met."
