- Laser Hose: The Cantonica Keybord is capable of unleashing a staggering amount of bolts in a short period of time.
- Reloading? What's That?: The Keyboard can fire an incredibly large amount of shots before the disk-shaped plasma gas cartridge needs to be replaced.
- Block This, Sleemo!: The Twin Suns' use of particle beams over normal blaster bolts makes it difficult to block with a lightsaber, a deadly combination when combined with its high rate of fire.
- Accuracy: The high rate of fire means that the Keyboard can be difficult to control. The lack of sight mounts also makes precision aiming difficult.
- Supernova: When fired for extended periods of time, the blaster may overheat and potentially burn the wielder. Thanks to utilizing unstable particle beams, when the Twin Suns overheat they have a higher chance of causing serious harm.
- Maintenance: Due to the mechanisms to fire particle beams instead of normal blaster bolts, the Twin Suns require more maintenance than the base Keyboard, or your average blaster rifle.
The Twin Suns are a pair of custom Cantonica Keyboard blasters, constructed on the orders of Aurelius Baldor. One of the Suns he has kept for himself, while the other is intended as a gift for Ivory Stroud, leader of The Family. Aesthetically, the standard blaster black has been replaced with a slick ivory white, and the weapon as a whole is more sleek. Compared to the standard Cantonica Keyboard, the Twin Suns trade a lower fire rate for higher damage, due to the modification to fire particle beams instead of normal blaster bolts. As a result, the weapons do require more maintenance to keep fully operational and non-malfunctioning than their base weapon, and the use of unstable particle beams makes the threat of overheating more dangerous. The Twin Suns also have a slightly increased range over the base model, as quality was placed over quantity for these twin heaters. Powerful, rapid-fire, and fancy as hell; what's not to love?
