Two Important Things (I gloat a lot)

Okay, so, first post where I'm completely blocked from support functions. In other words, I cannot color, use italics, underline, etcetera because my computer is the literal, solid matter version of kriff.



There are two reasons for this post, the former being to be a jerk under the guise of informing people, the latter being actually important.


Part One--So, for those of you who did not know I'm the Grand Marshal. TO put that simply, I'm Admiral Hood in Halo, General Grevious in good guy form. Now, this post is to let people know what that is, and to also gloat about it. I like gloating. Hehehehe.


Part Two- This is the important part. We've got these dominions, yes, and the site events coming up, also yes; that leads me to a question for everyone. I don't want to make any decisions for the CIS military without consulting everyone, so, this is where you can post your concerns and such. One very particular thing being what we should do.


Not a, 'The CIS does this' or 'The CIS should stand for this' that's not what I mean. I'm saying, what do you guys wanna do? Do you want some party where all the clones strip for the masses? Do you want to have a diplomatic relations building event with the Republic ? More Dominions? Perhaps you had a storyline in mind for the CIS military?


Either way, this is where y'all should post it, that way I know for sure!

Well, I did have this idea for something inspired by the Death Troopers book; basically they find an abandoned station with a distress beacon, and you can probably tell where this is going.

Other than that, there's not a whole lot to say. I like the combat aspect of the CIS more than diplomatic relations, but that's just me.

One the Serious seriously part though, should bring in some Templars like the Pub did in the clone wars with the Jedi. Cause that would be fun.

Keep up with the dominions until we're at the point we wanted to be. Other then that, do some training ops. Or spec ops. Or something ops. Er. Oh! We should get some sort of BBG! An internal terrorist or something we have to deal with. Make an event chain. Cause that would be uber fun \o/

On the top of my list is taking the event by storm. There are literally enough Dread Guard, Templars, and CIS personnel that if we all band together, we could literally have one of us winning the top prizes in each thread.

Aside from that, the only two dominions I want to see done at the moment are Kwenn and Nar Haaska, as then we'll take a much-needed reprieve from land-grabbing.

I want to place a focus on military operations that aren't land-grabbing. Stuff that develops the soldiers and explores who they are (like the episodes about Domino Squad in the Clone Wars).

Now that I'm back, I want to get Talon Squad going again as a semi-autonomous special op unit (someone gives them an objective, but generally trusts Desmond to figure out how to do it). I've got some ideas for threads, just a matter of getting folks together and deciding which stories are character development and which might accomplish things for the faction.

This. I completely agree with this. Also, training threads would be entertaining.

Let's see. I want more dominions, parties, and I like that idea that you have Caboose and yours too, Colonel. I don't want any diplomatic missions with anyone cause we are not politicians or anything like that. I would also like a storyline in the military that Calico mention. That's all I have to say for now.
