United Imperia was formed through the consolidation of Imperial manufacturing plants and war-time workers searching for a new direction in life. War was their craft, but many of the conflicts, ideologies, and nation-states that propped up these centers had fallen into anarchy or despotism. Who could manage fled from Imperial controlled space, or sought the few regimes that allowed for workplace democracies. A loose collection of confederated weapon development hubs under a decentralized workplace democracy.
RATIONALE
Through the syndicalist system employed by United Imperia, there is little to be said in "ownership." Each individual owns their own share of the corporation, with there not being a single official head outside of the rotating executive, who acts more as a secretary and face for the worker-company than anything else.
