The concept behind this vehicle was to create a fast and efficient assault weapon that was fast and maneuverable. The US is faster than anything of it's class on the battlefield while it's maneuverability is second to none. The US, or terror on 4 which is called by the drivers, can dodge and weave it's way through any terrain.
However, on icy terrains it results in poor traction (which is reduced by 35%) and it's gun range (which is usually 95% accurate or 11.24 meters, is reduced by 25%). It has no to little shielding at all, making it necessary to deal it's damage quickly or risk being destroyed.
