* Yuri - The wealthiest city on this planet, it was smaller than the others built on a land patch that was a rainforest, most of the powerful and wealthy lived here. This city produced the planet's culture, it excelled in tourism, art, and has the biggest hotel on the planet.
* Von Estates - Von Estates was an island that was turned into a property for the Von family, it had a mansion, airfield, large port and had an underground cave that was a force nexus.
Force Nexus
Size: Area - This underground cave was used by exiled Jedi thousands of years ago, the cave and catacombs radiate with light side energy. The Jedi used this planet for all kind's of training and ancient rituals, the power was not very potent but it could be felt by trained user's and it could help force users with meditation and connecting to the force. The cave could only be accessed by going through the Von mansion.

Culture:
This planet's culture is focused largely around oceans and marine creatures, the native people eat mostly fish and other marine crustaceans, and native vegetables. The people worship extinct native whales that could reach lengths of 250 feet when fully grown they call them " Habata " these whales saved some Uiscephlean's from shark attacks in the early days before they went extinct. The society ranks political power and wealth based on lineage, most of the low wealth people live in the main city Albok, they live in small two-room apartments. Most people work in the large government buildings which is required, all citizens are assigned jobs and have no choice on what they get. Outsiders are not allowed to be assigned jobs and must work for registered citizens, often times outsiders will work for wealthy people either for cleaning or labor.
The middle class was also assigned jobs by the ruling council lead by Richard Von, they received more money and even medical benefits. They were treated far better by the upper class and usually worked in more important roles like service roles Medical, Fire, Police, and dispatch, etc. Most of the middle class still lived in the apartments but some could afford to move into the housing division. The upper class was mostly made up of politicians or people who had company's who sold their custom assets, all company's needed to be accepted by the ruling council and would be taxed for profits. The upper class were very wealthy and lived either in the housing division in the large houses or in Yuri which was a nearby city which was extremely expensive to live in.

Government: Monarchy, The planet is run by the ruling council lead by Richard Von

Wealth: medium, The planet makes money selling natural oil they mine from the ocean, along with a high quantity of fresh seafood.
Stability: medium, The planet had some crime, small groups of non registered humans do commit some crime such as Theft, Attacks, Murders. Unregistered citizens that break rules are punished with execution, native citizens rarely commit crime because they do not want to lose their jobs, the justice system goes easy on native citizens most the time they suspend your work duties for punishment which was devastating on the lower class but other classes did not suffer from this. Depending on the crime you would be executed even if you are a native citizen, Treason, and spies receive an automatic death sentence.
Freedom & Oppression: The justice system is very relaxed for native citizens, for most crimes they will just terminate your day job, for lower class citizens this would result in being expelled from their homes if they can no longer afford it. For larger crimes, the penalty is to be branded and banished from the planet, special crimes like Treason and enemy spies receive an automatic death sentence. The punishment for noncitizens was extremely severe, the ruling council banished or killed them for first-time offenses.
Military & Technology
Military: The planet has little to no armored ground vehicles since they do not need them with most of the planet being oceans they do have strike teams and special forces for maintaining law within the big cities. The planets navy consist of mostly submarines and warships made for water and naval combat their technological blueprints for water combat is very advanced, their star fleet leaves a little to be desired with not nearly enough funding being put into the star fleets budget.
Technology: This planet has incredible advancements with water and marine technologies such are war boats, subs, they have very strong shields allowing their cities and infrastructure to withstand the devastating waves and hurricanes natural to their planet.
Historical Information
This planet's history started thousands of years ago, the civilizations where small and stay tucked away on small islands with little food or resources it took a while for the native species to evolve and adapt. The primitive people were hunted by native predators and struggled to survive, Far back into the timeline of this planet's history, early exiled Jedi were crucial to the development and startup of this civilization they helped the native Uiscephlean defend themselves. In return, they would hide and blend into the native people, the technology would start to grow leaving the primitive era behind, over time they would hunt the natural predators to extinction in order to defend themselves. Over time the Jedi would be found by a group of Dark Jedi so they fled and dragged the Darksiders away from this planet.
The first major cities were being built and developed the technology had advanced far beyond what they were earlier in the planet's history. The planet would change and rapid flooding would occur killing most of the planets land species and most of the citizens. They would retreat to the little land the planet had left rebuilding their civilization and lives around the water, they would attempt to build structures in the water but without shields or advanced technology, the structures would be destroyed by the waves. After a few centuries, the people's technology had advanced enough to where they successfully created structures in the water that were shielded from the waves and heavy storms.
Unfortunately, the planet would be invaded by a nearby species, the war raged on for 8 years the natives were outmatched and outgunned. Luckily for them the new Jedi would interfere helping the planet get rid of the invaders, the royal family would request the Jedi left the planet and did not return blaming the war on the Jedi and outcasting them. After a few more centuries without any wars or natural disasters, the people's technology would advance and they would grow and build leading up to current times.
