A nomadic fleet of Vagaari who are roaming about being slaving conquering jerks as y'do, and also have Ysalmiri because magic can't save you.

I had some issues coming up with enemies who'd be opposed to a Jedi a Zambrano and a Raven at the same time, and the usual distress call doesn't work because Chiasa would not care. That is for other people to deal with
