Private Unexpected Turn

The first thing that reached her senses was the steady and humming sound of a ship running. Running from something or to something, or maybe both. Most of the times, the departure or the arrival felt more important than the other. The next thing that made itself prominent was the deep nagging pain in her back and in her shoulders. Checking closer, her whole body seemed to ache. Like she had been run over by a herd of banthas or something. She tried to move, not much but it was enough for the ache to intensify and at the moment keep her where she was.

She was laying down. On her back. A soft fabric brushed against her fingertips as she moved them ever so slightly. A pillow made what it could to ease the case of a headache that started to make itself remembered. The pain and still sleepy state caused a soft moan to escape her lips. The white stark light from the ceiling lights seep through the darkness that now started to dissolve, as she slowly opened her eyes. She peered up against the ceiling, silently inside herself cursing them for being turned on.

The room was small and abstemious. It showed signs of wear and tear but was still fairly clean and kept. While turning her head to the side to look around, she noticed that she laid on a white pillow. The sheets that covered the narrow bed were white and she had a maroon blanket up to her chest. She had a grey mixed t-shirt on with black simple shorts, and when looking down, she were first shocked to see some bruises on her upper arm just beneath the short sleeve. Then it hit her...

The match...

She had been fighting in this illegal cage fight on that far asteroid station. So, she had survived after all - after being forced against this insane woman. The relief of knowing that did not stay for long, as the perception of not knowing where she was caught up with her. Looking down and past her feet, there was one shut door into the room. The ship sounded like it was making a hyperspace jump. The questions begun to gather in her head, fighting with the headache. She tried to push herself up and back a bit but the pain made it so difficult.

Where was she?
