- Description: This city is built in a snowy tundra, in the middle of nowhere in the southern hemisphere of the planet. It is built around a laboratory/university, and was founded away from the planet's main population just in case an experiment went wrong. It has a small spaceport that is mainly used by freighters to bring food to the small town. There is also a tense rivalry between the scientists and the students at the university that may just explode one day...

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
This city was built around Elbakiw University, maybe a year after the university started its renowned research program. Scientists and students alike got tired of driving all the way to the school and back home, so the planetary government brought their homes to the university! No more driving! The town is pretty small, so Elbakiw is within walking distance of any home.
