Greetings Confederates!
As we look towards September and the future, I wanted to update you all on some of the happenings from the staff side of things. Particularly, when it comes to Invasion Season 2019 versus the United Clans of Mandalore. Over this past invasion season, I have heard your feedback regarding the threads and our opponents. Some of us want a break. Some of us want to focus inward. In light of this, I reached out to the UCM owner in the hopes of reaching an agreement that would establish neutrality between our factions.
The terms we requested were entirely in line with our IC priorities: to give the Silver Jedi breathing room at the border and to guarantee that the Mandalorians would not be a threat to us or our allies moving forward.
An NAP consists of our factions commiting not to invade one another and to, as factions, not partake in the invasions of one another. (Individuals signing up as allies is fine, we as a faction agree not to gobble up the entire ally slot list intentionally/vice versa). We acknowledge that our factions are free to come to the defense of our allies without war being the consequence.
IC, as part of the treaty, the UCM would vacate specific sectors of space, in addition to acknowledging their crimes against the Silver Jedi and Galaxy at large. This would have played out as Mandalorian forces leaving sectors at the edges of their territory and consolidating about their capital/most notable worlds.
