Updating the automated posts

Just wondering if it is possible to get the automated post responses for things such as Pending Approval, and Archived/Denied updated? Currently it tags Spencer's old ID. This should either be corrected or removed entirely if she doesn't want to be notified as it will only serve to confuse members who may not be aware of her new-ish name.
