URL/Pic link creation not working (also most editor buttons)

Short Description: URL and pic link creation not working
Browser: Chrome Version 34.0.1847.137 m
Description: When trying to create URL pr pic links in posts (like this one), when the button to create either is clicked, the dialog box to input the link either doesn't come up at all, or is grayed out. This prevents from even clicking OK to dismiss the window. The only way to make the window go away is to reload the page - resulting in loss of posts. Have also discovered most buttons on the editor refuse to work as well.

Attempted solutions: Cleared browser cache, tried swapping to another profile with same result. Will reinstall chrome next to see if that helps any. EDIT: Reinstalling Chrome didn't appear to help any. Using Firefox appears to work, to a degree.
