WEAKNESSES
Stopping power: They have the stopping power of an ordinary parlor blaster pistol. Don't expect it to do more damage than a holdout.
Burst weaknesses: It requires a keen eye to prevent the weapons from overheating by firing too often, one must learn when to dodge to give the weapons time to cool down and when to fire. Can fire up to 007 bursts in a row before it needs to cool.
DESCRIPTION
The personal pistols of Jedi Master Ursula Sandraven, master of Julia Crownwraithe and Uri Udinia, the actual names of Laertia Io and Maple Harte. An effective, frightening pistoleer and cane-saber fighter, Ursula taught Maple everything she knows about Gun-Fu, forging her into the (defective) weapon she is today. Ursula's pistols were originally trophy weapons, taken from slaying a Dark Jedi who was a former graduate of the now-defunct Preston Pistoleer Academy, of which Syd Celsius's creator, The Man in White, was the founder of before his recruitment into The Jedi Order during the Reconstruction Period. These pistols were the presents all graduates of the academy were presented with upon completion of their training, a combination of The Clone Commando Pistol and Systech Electrical Weapons Technology. The weapon is weak and prone to overheating if fired to often in burst, meaning only a true Marksman could gain the full benefits from its use. The shared names of the weapon are Harte's idea, noting this was often Ursula's reaction to complex problems involving Sith. "Be like Han...'always' shoot first." was advice both Maple and Laertia heard repeatedly throughout their training and are inscribed on both pistols. Maple found these gift wrapped on her bed aboard her vessel on the Silent Erika. There was no sign of who delivered them, or how they got into the ship.
