STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Mental Prowess:
V.I.C.T.O.R's new cybernetic form has done wonders for his intelligence. Cybernetic implants installed in the one organic thing left of him, his brain, have heightened his intelligence greatly, and have enabled him to swiftly download, upload and process data.
Survivability:
His new cybernetic body is cleverly designed to protect the organic brain within. It possesses numerous redundancies and life support systems to keep V.I.C.T.O.R alive even after suffering severe damage. His very head could even be separated from the rest of the body, and provided it remained largely intact, would keep his mind fully protected and supported until repairs can be undertook.
Weakness to EMPs:
His body, while impressive, is incredibly sensitive when it comes to electro-magnetic pulses. While emergency systems keeping his brain alive are fully shielded against such, the rest of his body could be disabled by an EMP, leaving him quite vulnerable.
Loss of Force Sensitivity:
A major cost of the process to grant Morcus mechanical immortality was his once strong connection to the dark side of the force. It has been dulled completely due to the process, making him rely on his mechanical systems. Immortality has a price, after all.

APPEARANCE:
Sealed within a unique and highly advanced cybernetic body, nothing would visibly remain of the man Morcus once was. Intentional, of course, to elude his former foes for as long as possible. Many might visibly mistake him for a highly advanced droid, a fact he uses to his advantage. His chassis is sleek, and aesthetically well designed, as well as slightly intimidating in several aspects. He now towers over regular humanoids in height, giving him an air of dominance in his dealings.

BIOGRAPHY:
Once the Dark Jedi Master and financially dominant warlord known as Lannis Morcus, recent events have forced him to undertake dire action. Faced with a terminal illness brought on by his ever worsening health, and being targeted by numerous foes, Morcus enacted a contingency he'd put into the making several years ago. To save and lengthen his life indefinitely, as well as grant him a new identity, he undertook a procedure to remove his still healthy mind and transfer it into a fully cybernetic body, with the aid and assistance of his close friend and Eternal Empress of Zakuul, [member="Kay Arenais"]

The procedure itself was risky, but fortunately proceeded as Morcus had planned. It cost him his connection to the force, as he'd expected, but such a path had served it's purpose. He had to use a different strategy to survive now. He took on the designation "V.I.C.T.O.R", masquerading as an extremely intelligent droid and business owner, devoting his vast financial resources into the creation of a new Zakuulan backed mega-corporation known as ARGENT Incorporated, specialising in scientific research, weapons development and a whole manner of other fields.
