- Juggernaut: Vagrant pattern armor is designed to protect the wearer from anything a battlefield can potentially throw at them. The armor has layers of protection using various different materials meant to work together to cover for one another's short comings, and offer maximum protection to the user.
- Sustained: The Vagrant pattern Armor is equipped with internal life support systems, designed to allow the wearer to survive in any environment they find themselves in, and even resist certain biological agents.
- Weight: With the numerous layers and protections given to the Vagrant pattern armor, the model itself is excessively heavy for most users. Quick, fast movements are difficult in the armor, and forces the wearer to rely on its protection rather than avoiding danger to protect them.
- Neuranium: The Neuranium within the armor offers great protection to the wearer, but the sheer weight of even small quantities of Neuranium is counter productive to mobility. Rather than a full coating of Neuranium, only the pauldrons and sections of the chest are protected by the material, limiting the suits protection against lightsaber based attacks to those specific areas.
The Vagrant pattern Armor is the first model designed for use by the Knight of Ailara, the Force User organization of the Empire of Ailara. Designed around the principle of creating mobile tanks on the battlefield, the Vagrant Armor offers extreme levels of protection to the wearer, at the expense of greater mobility and speed. Equipped with a wrist blaster, the Vagrant Armor is able to fight at both close and medium ranges, as well as be used in almost all environments thanks to its life support systems.
