The Valor II Class Star Cruiser is a first generation heavy cruiser developed by Loymière Shipwright for the Alliance Navy following the closure of the Second Great Hyperspace War. The Ancient Valor Class Cruiser, that was once popular with the Republic Navy during their battles against the Sith Empire's Harrower Class Destroyers was used as the base design for the Valor II. The Valor II is meant to serve as an substantial upgrade to the once ancient vessel with modernized systems and an increase in overall size to match current alliance naval standards.
At 750 Meters in overall length, it is large for the cruiser classification but pales in comparison to the modern star destroyer used by Imperial Factions which are often double the length. The Valor II comes equipped with a heavy amount of armament across its hull to engage with other vessels twice her size along with having heavy armor plating near her more vulnerable areas such as the bridge and engines.
Although she does suffer from low defenses much like her predecessor and has a relative lack of hanger space allocated in order to make room for more armor. Overall the Valor II is meant to serve as a heavy support cruiser for a fleet instead of acting independently.
