He is a master of the Makashi( form 2) lightsaber style. His usage of the force is almost entirely non-combat orientated. He is at adept level, with a lot still needing to be learned
Vampis has a very strategic and order based mind. He is able to think out of the box. Though he is very lacking in physical skills. His build is heavily suited for cardio, causing his physical strength to be very weak. Along with his lack of manners, and thin moral code. He also has an extreme case of OCD
APPEARANCE:
He is about average height for a human, and has a frail frame. His malnourished facial features, are fairly unnatural causing him to appear much older than he actually is.
BIOGRAPHY:
Not much is known about this mysterious character. He passed the imperial academy at the age of 15, but was discharged from the Fel Navy for unethical practices. It is said that he used the force to torture prisoners, but this rumor has yet to be confirmed. After being discharged, he applied for the services. Which through time, he had slowly moved up through the rankings. recently with the previous Chief of Intelligence being removed for corruption, Vampis has gained the title. With this newfound power, he can serve the Fel Empire. And further broaden his knowledge of the force.

His personal ship is a Black Raider II-class corvette, with reflective panels, and a cloaking device.
