- Viziter Training Academy - The VTA is the training academy for the Chiss Ascendancy's Viziters, the militarized force users of the Ascendancy. Here, they are kept from the time their force sensitivity is discovered until graduation. After graduation, Viziters are then sent to the Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet to serve their time.

- Military: The planet is largely undefended save for a few Chiss military stations and the Viziter Academy. Their numbers are moderate, holding about 1,000 Ascendacny military personnel across the entire moon.

Only until recently, Csilla's moons have been largely neglected. Only now has the Ascendancy found the need to expand it's each to one of their many moons. Vatin'a, Cheunh for Bright One, was their first choice as it is the largest of their 3 moons. Explorers were sent to scout the moon for dangers and record it's environment. After discovering the planet and the fact that it would be perfect for habitation, construction began on several military outposts on the moon to begin defensive measures. Soon after, the Viziter Training Academy was constructed as well to serve as the permanent home for Viziter training. Future plans of constructing civilian zones on the moon have been in development, but none have come to fruition as of yet.
