[SIZE=9pt]Vattas looks like, well, an Hutt. He has a tan underbelly and a green back. He’s notably muscular, something not typically seen in Hutts who tend to simply accept their natural size and strength. His most distinguishing feature is the number of large metal plates which are implanted into his tail, repulsorlift tech which is surgically attached every half a meter or so in pairs.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=8.5pt]Vattas was always an odd one in the Hutt homeworld. Among his peers, he was noted as being quite calm and peaceful, never having any illusions of grandeur with expanding the great Hutt crime syndicate or becoming a boss himself. This led some to believe he was weak and cowardly, some even provoking him. This did not last long, of course, as while Vattas was by no means drawn to violence, he was also not shy at all about utilizing it to enforce the peace.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=8.5pt]When Vattas was around 50 years old, a young adult by Hutt standards, Vattas left Nal Hutta to join the Silver Jedi once he was recognized as Force-sensitive. From then, he spent the next 150 years as a Padawan, studying on his own. This was more or less due to the intimidation many felt in taking him on as an apprentice, afterall Hutts were notorious criminals and even their Force-Users tended toward the Dark Side. It didn’t help that Vattas was older than most potential Masters and looked more sinister than his intentions and, more practically, his biology did not make it particularly easy to train him in standard method. Yet still, Vattas was not discouraged and was content in his self-studies, even inventing his own lightsaber variant form, the “Exogorth Style”, though without a Master its potential has yet to be tested. As far as the Order of the Silver Jedi goes, they largely forgot about him after the first 50 years since he kept largely to himself.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=8.5pt]A few years into his Padawanship, Vattas noted that he was making a good deal of extra work for those who had to clean up his slime trail, which led him to using some Hutt connections for cybernetic surgery, installing repulsorlifts into his tail and allow him to glide over the floor to reduce the amount of residue he leaves behind. This was not very popular with the more traditional Jedi, of course, who did not approve of artificially enhancements in Force practitioners and saw it as a pursuit of power. [/SIZE]

Highly Intelligent: Like many Hutts, Vattas has a tactical mind for business, mathematics, philosophy, and more. While many Hutts tend to idolize the criminal or conquering life, Vattas tends toward the more academic side of the Hutts, taking pride in his species invention of hyperspace travel, not so much of their subsequent use of it to enslave half the galaxy.

[SIZE=9pt]Repulsorlift Cybernetics: [/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]Vattas chose an unorthodox cybernetic enhancement than most, which are numerous repulsorlifts implanted along his tail which allow Vattas to not only glide along surfaces with much greater agility, but at full propulsion turn his massive body into the equivalent of a starfighter in more open spaces, though moving at this speed in closed areas are more likely to result in self-damage than act as an advantage.[/SIZE]
- Menacing Presence: Despite being accepted into the Silver Jedi, Vattas still has the appearance, voice, and demeanor of a Hutt, making him prone to being misunderstood as a villainous sort when he is actually quite gentlehearted.
- Ion Vulnerable: While it isn't much, Vattas's cybernetics makes him more prone to ion blasters, EMP's, and other anti-tech weaponry. Such damage would cause a reaction from his cybernetics to his organic flesh, which is less than ideal.
