DESCRIPTION

The Veil Network was conceived near the start of the three families (Werr, Du'thra, & Tel'alith) allied quest to leave the yolk of the mainline Sephi. The Tel'alith came up with their company and a secure comm system to use. The families felt that they needed to be able to hind information from the mainline Sephi government. The Veil Network would also become a network that others could pay to use. Its early days was only used by the allied families powered by their mobile Munificent's during the Clone wars. When the conflict can to an unexpected end the families used their transceivers to reactivate the ships they produced and brought them home.

The Veil network has been the backbone of the three families for a millennium now. It hosts the data traffic of their droid armies, ships, and of paying customers. The Veil network has grown over time traveling out from Taris then running along the Hydian Way to Coruscant, then traveling down a few trade corridors a few systems. The holonet has come and gone as a safe transmission route depending on who controls the core of the galaxy. The Veil Network has been neutral & well protected over time, allowing discreet use by whoever has the funds. Sometimes keeping the light of freedom lit during dark times. Other times just existing as a safe place for research data to flow or just private entities to go about their daily business.
