[SIZE=11pt]To create his second set of armor, Veino used all the skill and experience he could muster as the Saarai-Kaar of the Jensaarai, that is, the Supreme Keeper of Truth, and one of the most experienced Light Sided Force users active in the galaxy. According to Jensaarai tradition, he crafted the [/SIZE][SIZE=11pt]armor[/SIZE][SIZE=11pt] alone over the course of several days while deeply immersed in the Force to imbue it as a Jedi would imbue a lightsaber in the process of its construction. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]As such, it is a Force-imbued piece of clothing to have higher durability than normal, as well as acting as a focus for Veino’s own connection to the Force. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]In addition, the helmet and facemask are equipped with infrared, thermal, and night-vision capabilities designed to aid in stealth infiltration, along with encrypted comms. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]Strengths[/SIZE][SIZE=11pt]:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]1. Lightsaber Resistance: Through a combination of the norris root, cortosis-weave fiber, and Force imbuement, Veino has managed to turn fairly run of the mill armorweave and Sullust leather into materials highly resistant to lightsabers while maintaining their light-weight and flexible nature. Lightsabers cannot pierce or cut through the main suit without extended contact and heavy application to breakdown the materials. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]2. Blaster Resistance: The armorweave and norris root are highly absorbent when it comes to energy weapons, capable of absorbing and surviving most small arms fire, but not heavy blaster weapons or sustained hits. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]3. Lightweight: Being made entirely out of soft materials, the armor weighs very little and does not hinder flexibility. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]1. Kinetic Energy: There is nothing in the armor meant to absorb or prevent kinetic damage. For all intents and purposes, if it comes to getting punched, hit with a baton, or any other physical force-transferring implement, Veino’s wearing normal clothes. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=11pt]2. Environment: Veino skipped the fancy equipment for this one, choosing instead to rely on the Force. As a result, there’s nothing in the suit to protect against toxins, radiation, or extreme climates. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]Finding his old Jensaarai armor to be clunky and no longer useful for his ever-shifting role as Saarai-Kaar and ORION Spymaster, Veino has retired it except when heavy combat armor is necessary. To replace it, he instead opted for a much lighter, more basic armor based around infiltration and lightsaber combat. No longer fighting on open beachfront such as on Kashyyk that require protection against shrapnel and debris, he crafted a mottled bodysuit out of armorweave and Sullust leather, dyed with Norris root to enhance the energy absorption of the fibers, and imbued with the Force in the traditional Jensaarai way, further strengthening both his connection to the outfit and its durability. As a result, it provides significant protection against lightsaber blades and other plasma weapons, as those tend to be what he finds himself in combat against most often while retaining a very lightweight and flexible suit, by sacrificing defense against kinetic, sonic, and other exotic weapons. Cortosis-weave fiber adds to the lightsaber resistance of the suit, but does little else, as it is a trace amount. Given the very low ratio of cortosis within the material, it lacks the more exotic capability of shorting out a lightsaber, but merely prevents the blade from slicing through. [/SIZE]
