Brilliant Strategist: A former Admiral amongst the ranks of the Chiss Expansionary Defense Force, Vel'alari possesses a keen tactical intellect, and is a formidable leader in battle, in both space and upon the ground. She studies military and naval strategy quite frequently, and has used her talents to great effect in masterfully securing and holding the Bilbringi system with the resources she has available.
Adaptable: Another strength Vel'alari possesses is her adaptability. She has no hesitation about changing her strategy on the fly if the situation demands it, and is more than willing to make use of any potential asset to secure victory, and further strengthen her power base.
Prideful: Vel'alari takes great pride in her accomplishments and victories, and such may prove to be a weakness should she suffer an unintended or disasterous defeat. Such setbacks would damage her ego, and she would no doubt take extra risks to ensure such a thing does not occur again.

A young Chiss female in her late twenties, Vel'alari possesses an athletic yet feminine physique, indicating a healthy and active lifestyle. Her long black hair is well groomed and maintained, and when not garbed in her white imeprial uniform, she tends to dress in exotic and expensive attires, a show of her wealth and prestige.
BIOGRAPHY:
Once a seasoned admiral amongst the ranks of the Chiss Expansionary Defense Force, Vel'alari served with distinction in numerous campaigns against Vong pirates and Grysk raiders whom are notorious for harassing the borders of Chiss space. Due to recent political turmoil amongst the Chiss worlds, Vel'alari took a small task force of loyal Chiss captains and fled from Chiss space towards the core worlds. She and her loyalists came to settle in the Bilbringi system, reputed for it's shipyards and rich mineral wealth in the asteroid fields, where the local corporate officials were convinced to align themselves with Vel'alari.
After securing her holdings in the system, various remnant fleets and military forces from the fallen Core Imperial Confederation were coerced into her service, forming the Bilbringi Imperial Remnant, a warlord fiefdom under the direct control Warlord Vel'alari and her handpicked ruling council. In her imperial faction, however, there would be no humanocentrism or xenophobia. All are welcome to serve amongst the ranks of her army, navy and Stormtrooper Corps, provided they are willing to pledge their loyalty to the state like any other recruit.
She spent a lengthy stint amongst the ranks of the Galactic Alliance after Bilbringi joined it's ranks, however, she eventually grew dissatisfied with Alliance politics and mysteriously abandoned Bilbringi with her forces, disappearing seemingly without any trace. In secret, however, she has spent her time away from the galactic eye building her forces via cloning in preparation for her return to galactic politics.
