Description:
After Krag’s meeting with Vong saw the Graug in possession of ninety Lancer Mark IIIs, a weapon made to kill them. Already the Graug had been making steady progression to perfecting their small arms blaster weaponry and the arrival of these weapons pushed their forgers forward in their plight to create blaster weapons. After a simple reverse engineering that filled in the gaps of knowledge the Graug were missing, they began to reproduce resized and refitted versions of the Lancer Mk III for dispersal to their military troops. The weapons were already perfect for the Graug in design, aside from their size. The chainsaw attachments on the front were perfect for the Graug’s military fighting style and since the weapons needed to be bulkier than the original models, for ease of Graug use, the beasts were able to fit in an ultrasonic vibrations emitter into the box sitting in front of the magazine feeding chamber. This device allowed the Graug to refit the chainsaw into rotating vibroblade that works to increase the cutting power of the blades at the cost of a heavier weapon.
Aside from the size upgrade allowing for a slightly bigger blaster chamber (adding minimally to range) the weapon is an exact copy of the original but now made by Graug, for Graug.
