For as long as she can remember, Ventra was made to serve the Alliance. The cybernetics that she had put in place were made to serve the Alliance. She was raised to think of herself less as a person and more of a tool. To follow the orders asked of her to the letter, and not to ask any other questions. Where was she from? Who were her parents? What was she meant to do? All of those were questions that weren't important to her. Where was she from? It depended on what was needed. Coruscant, Nar Shaddaa, Denon, Taris. She had multiple different backstories for them that was needed. Who were her parents? No-one important. The only family she had to care for was the Alliance. What was she meant to do? Help protect the Alliance.
HISTORY
There were plenty of ways she could help to protect the Alliance. She could have joined the Defense Force as a trooper. Could have became a Medic. But alas she decided that the SIA was the best choice for her. Her intelligence was rather decent in her eyes. She was able to follow instructions to the letter. Ultimately it seemed like the best route to go, if she didn't want to ask any questions. Get the job done and that was it.

Remember, Remember: One amazing trait to have for an intelligence gather is an eidetic memory. It is part of the reason why Ventra decided the SIA was the perfect choice for her.
Bookborg: Ventra has a habit of devouring any type of reading material sent her way (not in the literal sense), which when connected with her eidetic knowledge, Ventra can be a well of knowledge. At least, if she is willing to let that knowledge out.
No damsel in distress here: Ventra is trained in at least some forms of martial artists alongside having training in conventional weapons such as blasters and vibroblades
Half human, half metal: For as long as Ventra can remember, she has never been pure flesh and blood. Parts of her body having been tinkered and replaced to turn her into the Cyborg she is. Whilst this gives her benefits such as enhanced eyesight, stronger bones and makes it easier to work with electronics, it also has the negatives of being vulnerable to any anti-electronic devices.
Emotionally stunted: The concept of having feelings and emotions is a strange concept to Ventra. Logic and reason is what should dictate lives in her eyes. This does mean that most of her actions and decisions are influenced by what would be the most logical choice in a situation, not perhaps the most morally right.
A Tool of the Alliance: Having been raised to see herself as just nothing more than a tool, Ventra does not hold herself higher than anyone she works for. She is willing to risk great harm to herself to achieve her mission and is willing to sacrifice herself, should the need come.
What are friends?: Ventra is not what you'd call the most sociable of people. Whilst she is trying to work on it, she will never be the life of the party nor would she make for a great politician. There are far too many things she'd have to keep track of such as other people's feelings and emotions which she deems illogical.
An...eccentric manner of speech: Hand in hand with seeing herself as a tool, Ventra has a...peculiar way of speaking. Which some may find disturbing or quite perplexing. Of course she has no concerns over this. It just makes it harder for her to connect to people.
Tools are to be disposed of: Ventra has no problem disposing of any contacts or resources that she deems to no longer have any worth to the Alliance. Whilst she has no problem making networks with less appealing parts of the Galaxy, she also has no problems turning them in once their uses has ended.
