Born to a single, irresponsible and neglectful mother, Verity was taken from the hospital by her aunt who had recently and secretly lost her own child. She was raised by her aunt and uncle as their child with her uncle and mother unaware of her true parentage.
She was afforded many luxuries including a private education and admission to a university of her choice where she studied performing arts. She had a well-rounded education but took particular interest in the arts where her dream of becoming an actress began, though she needed to work on the side in other poorly paid jobs.
Following graduation, she landed a few minor roles in local Hapan HoloNet series and remained unnoticed but her desire for stardom only grew and motivated her to search off-world for more opportunities but none proved to be nearly as lucrative as she had hoped.
