Summary

Veshok Rook is a young Mandalorian with an aptitude for logistics, battle tactics and coordination. The hairline, jaw, sharp wit and grin are inherited from his father while the eyes, brows and keen mind can be credited to his mother. Having been trained from a young age, Vesh stands tall with broad shoulders and a muscular frame. He has a fierce independent streak and can often be found displaying a reserved demeanour. His steps tend to be heavy for the feeling of responsibility can weigh him down.

Short Biography

After being separated from his Mandalorian mother at the age of 10, he found a new home with a small clan based on Onderon. As time went on, their numbers dwindled - for many were drawn into the numerous wars that marred the galaxy. Going to battle against strong opponents was regarded as the truest way to test one's strength. Victory over a worthy foe earned a warrior honour and glory while defeat could offer strength through experience and knowledge. While Vesh was eager to join his elders in battle, he also saw the devastating impact the wars had on his community. And so, he stayed on Onderon, helping to lead the youngsters that remained. He managed Hardhorn Assembly, secured jobs for them with the local aristocracy, trained the young, coordinated hunts and worked the forge - drawing on the teachings of his mother.

Equipment - WIP

The centrepiece of Veshok Rook's personal equipment is his beskar which covers his head, shoulders, right forearm and chest. The set is far from complete but it has saved him on numerous occasions. Unlike many of his peers, Vesh has not gone for the spartan and utilitarian approach. Instead, his armour is decorated with many small ornate details. The short cape he wears, reminiscent of the ones worn by the nobility of Onderon, hangs to the side of the jetpack. He carries both a blaster rifle and blaster pistol along with a beskad. Attached to his right wrist beskar is a flamethrower. He is also equipped with jump boots.

Strengths and weaknesses

He is a capable fighter and good tactician but overly concerned by the safety of those around him. Although he doesn't have the experience of a seasoned commander, Vesh has good instincts and natural talent. His urge to fight worthy foes can be perilous to him but also give him plenty of opportunities to learn and grow stronger. With a heavy and muscular frame, this Mandalorian can wear heavy armour with ease whilst keeping a relatively light step - but acrobatics or high mobility manoeuvres will have to rely on technological aides such as jetpacks and jump boots.
