Only Vexthorite formed into specifically optimal structures and that is found within a five mile radius of a Force Nexus have the ability to imbue this power to any lasting effect.

• Stonepower. Optimal samples of Vexthorite can effectively imbue individuals in proximity to the material who are not Force-sensitive with a limited capacity to perform some basic feats often exclusively associated with Force Sensitivity, such as telekinesis, barrier, stasis and Sith lighting or even allowing individuals to impose sleep or simple mind tricks on others. There are many ways to motivate this effect, whether through the will of an individual or through the use of Force-conducting materials and/or runes, allowing Vexthorite to be incorporated into certain intelligent technologies such as droids and starships.

STRENGTHS

• Force-Imbuing Properties. When processed and structured correctly, Vexthorite can temporarily grant non-Force-sensitive individuals limited Force abilities like telekinesis, stasis, and simple mind tricks but only while it is in close proximity to the individual.

WEAKNESSES

• Limited Effectiveness Range. The mineral's Force-imbuing properties are only effective within close proximity to an individual (worn or carried) and require very specific structural formations, limiting its usability and making it challenging to harness its full potential.

DESCRIPTION
The origins of the mineral now known as Vexthorite remain shrouded in mystery, with theories suggesting that its crystalline structures were formed long before they were imbued with the "stonepower" derived from Korriban's numerous Force Nexuses. The exact timeline of its formation is unknown, as is the identity of its first discoverer. However, its modern rediscovery occurred during the reign of Darth Caedes , when Korriban was reclaimed by the Sith Order following the violent end of the Ashlan Crusaders' occupation.

Darth Caedes' First Lord, Elmindra Xitaar, unearthed Vexthorite while exploring the deep catacombs of Korriban in a bid to identify the planet's potential resources. Tasked with restoring Korriban to its former Sith glory, Xitaar assembled a team of experts and scholars under her influence to study and harness the mineral's unique properties. Under her guidance, a mining operation was swiftly established to extract Vexthorite from the depths.

With careful processing and manufacturing techniques, Vexthorite was integrated into weaponry, armor, and droids, enhancing the capabilities of non-Force-sensitive members of the Sith Order. These efforts transformed the mineral into a valuable asset, providing the Sith with an advantage in their ongoing conflicts and securing Korriban's place as a powerful stronghold within the Sith Empire.
