- Fashion Statement :: Among Senators and the adoring Public as the Senator of Denon, Dominique's outfit is a crisp white suit; but in the underworld Vexx's alias Mastema is known to spot flashy and even neon-accentuated outfits seemingly out of nowhere. The Chameleon Circuit manipulates a transparent material to adopt colors and styles of clothing without requiring undressing and dressing. Good news is she won't need to steal your hat to hide; bad news is you might lose her in a crowd.
- See Her Typin', She Slicin' :: Unlike most Senators, Dominique enjoys a little hands on malfeasance. Good talent isn't hard to hire with enough credits, but some things you wanted to do yourself; so as a young upstart she learned the ways of breaking into people's private systems. To facilitate this, she purchased a top of the line projector and interactive sensory system to enable tapping into the holonet wherever Vexx wants. Consequentially, Dominique also learned the value of a good security system -- so don't try turning her outfit transparent, you'll only end up disappointed.
- Don't Stop The Music :: Both the fashion and slicing systems require power, so the cortosis weave not only helps with surviving the nasties in the galaxy, but also distributes Ion energy across a grounded and capped web woven into the outfit. The desire to ensure her electronics cannot be easily brought down also afforded defense against blasters and lightsabers -- though Dominique doesn't go looking for either. That's what guards are for.
- A Diva, Not A Spy :: Much fun as playing Infiltrator would be, Dominique's outfit doesn't cover her entire body. It wasn't designed to help her sneak in like a traditional stealth suit. Yes, she paid that many credits for a fancy outfit just so she could change from wearing a business suit to a cyberpunk neon gal in the blink of an eye... because she could.
- Self-Defense, Not Warrior :: The cortosis weave and armorweave provide a considerable amount of defense that may enable the Senator to survive while most others would get cut down. Happy consequence of ion-protection, and because she does visit some dark and dreary underworld locales. As a result of the less-than-utilitarian focus of this outfit, however, it is weak to certain other forms of attack or environmental hazards -- sonic, acid, and extreme temperatures, for example.
- Don't Click That :: Seeing as there is a computer system built-in enabling holonet or computer terminal interfacing, interacting with malicious code could result in unforeseen consequences. Or foreseen ones and the lost of valuable data.
Dominique Vexx, Senator of Denon, believes in conducting herself appropriately in public in order to facilitate business arrangements; she also enjoys moonlighting as an underworld boss and blending in with numerous subcultures to garner their support. With the Corporate Authorities of Denon controlling much of the corporate resources, it's necessary for an ambitious woman like Dominique to work off the grid. Enables her to strike deals and facilitate the exchange of goods others can't all while avoiding the scandal of a Senator engaged in such nefarious matters. An outrageous sum of money to buy an outfit that can essentially change its appearance (though it won't grow giant spikes, change her actual appearance, or avoid security systems) was both to enable her life of duality, but also just because she could. You have to spend your credits somewhere; why not on an outfit no one else in their right mind would dare?
To avoid any 'wardrobe malfunctions' this outfit is equipped with considerable protection against Ion Energy and remote attempts at compromising its control system. Though, truthfully, the extra protection is there to make sure when Dominique is slicing other people they don't turn around and slice her instead. That all of this enables dispersing or disrupting incoming blaster fire and avoiding a lightsaber cleaving her in half is a happy accident; by which, of course, Dominique touts as totally intentional.
