From what can be gathered about Victor's time on his home planet, he was on bad relations with his family and doesn't like to talk about it. When asked about the scar on his left face, his only answer is that it was an "accident" and leaves it there, assumptions can be made that somebody intentionally tried to hurt or kill Victor, and the scar was a result. However it's assumed that it was a personal fight as it seems to be a touchy subject whenever asked about the scar.
When Victor applied to join the Imperial Remnants, he was judged by others for what "skills" he learned back on his home planet, he beat a soldier who was a heavy critic in what he knew and Victor in hand-to-hand combat beat the trooper without a scratch. This shows Victor has some skill in combat but also a sense of pride, if he is to be insulted on any of his achievements he will react badly.
When he was being tested and examiners were setting up a course for him, he got infuriated by the second for how long it took, commenting on how it should've already been done before he was aware of the test. Over such a small thing and other tests, he has shown impatient behavior. It is believed this flaw will be gone as he serves the Imperial Remnant.
The positive thing about him is his positive attitude on the Imperial Remnant and his skills to see battle as a strategist. Victor has the possible potential to be a great officer if he can bypass his flaws. From what other troopers have reported of his behavior, excluding his prideful and impatient acts he has shown a calm and collected attitude to everything that does go his way, He respects those who would see the Imperial Remnant to be the top faction and likes to develop a friendly relationship with those he is forced to work with, he commented on this saying "If I'm forced to work with someone, why not learn about them? respect what they are, respect what they have done and you'll get the same respect in return. It'll make everyone's day easier if we all get along."
Not much else is worth noting about how he acts.

[+]Cunning: Seen as an intellectual genius by people who know him, he is a strategist when it comes to battle and knows how to adapt to almost any situation.
[+]Combat: Victor has been trained in hand-to-hand combat, knows how to fire a blaster, added with being a strategist this makes him a foe to be reckoned with in battle.
[+-]Patriotic: Whatever cause he serves, usually he is very loyal to a higher cause or power, while this may be considered a good thing this could be his downfall if he isn't careful.
[-]Pride: He takes pride in his achievements or what has given him superiority over others, if humiliated enough he would do something bold to regain the dignity of his achievements.
[-]Impatient: He can plan attacks in advance and can expect how long they can take, but if taken too long or something goes off schedule, he would either go paranoid or be very questionable about what could've happened, possibly taking personal action to hurry up what was supposed to happen.
APPEARANCE:
Victor is a chiss so he has blue skin and red eyes, he has long dark blue hair and usually wears practical clothing to carry his blasters and other essentials, otherwise he would be in uniform for the Imperial Remnants.
BIOGRAPHY:
Victor was born on Csilla, the home planet of the Chiss. But at a young age he felt wanderlust, he didn't want to be stuck at his home planet forever, so he studied about war, fighting. He believed in fighting for a higher cause, of something great. Thus he became cunning and adaptable when it came to fighting and strategies of battle.
He read the history of the Galactic Empire, while it may have seen an unfortunate fall it's methods came to the liking of Victor, hearing about how there were smaller groups as a result from the Galactic Empire being disbanded centuries ago he joined The Imperial Remnants, who he believes will be the group that will be most successful. He is apart of the Army.
He isn't on very good terms with his brother.
