BIOGRAPHY:
Victor never had a home, his family was always traveling because of the need to maintain their family's massive enterprise. His father made Victor study every day and made him into an educated protege for the company. A rival company hired crime gangs to cripple Victor's family's company and it worked. Next thing the family knew, they were out on the streets and dirt poor. All the money saved up was deleted in the bank's computer systems by the rival company's slicers.
After a couple years from that incident, Victor watched his parents die in front of him by a disease caught from sleeping in the streets. Using his knowledge, Victor slowly crawled up as he grew older. By 21, he was a well-known member of a local gang and he was their strategist. He planned out targets and marked key positions on maps for raids or offensive attacks.
Learning the key items in crime, Victor became a petty crime lord at the age 48. Since he came from a prestige family, Victor doesn't involve himself in the wants most crime lords have. He doesn't do drugs, never own personal slaves, and hates viscous unneeded torture. However, if anyone stops him from growing his fortune, their rights to life will not be accounted for.
At age 68, Victor grew his control as a crime lord to a decent amount. He is not targeted by rival gangs and governments. Victor chose not to draw attention to himself and sought fortune over glory. His gang is called the Raiding Reapers, they often attack by dropships carrying large amounts of gangsters.
