- Stability: High
- With the Dosuunian Commonwealth firmly established and under the stable rule of High Queen Kelora Priestly, Victoria City has enjoyed an extended period of peace and security. The presence of the Constabulary and the collaboration with neighboring regions has ensured that law and order are maintained.
- Freedom & Oppression: In line with Dosuunian values, Victoria continues to uphold the ideals of liberty and progress. Citizens enjoy the right to assembly, free speech, and a free press. The city embraces the Dosuunian spirit of striving for a better future, ensuring that the masses have the freedom to pursue happiness. The Dosuunian Commonwealth, having learned from the mistakes of the past, endeavors to be a beacon of progress and equality.
- Description: The once-familiar sight of repulsor cranes and construction equipment has given way to a skyline adorned with new structures rising from the cleared ruins. Streets bustling with traffic and commerce flow seamlessly, breathing life back into the city's veins. The melodies of the music academy's concert hall once again echo through the urban landscape, symbolizing not only the revival of arts but also the resilience of Victoria. Life pulsates through the city, a living tribute to the sacrifices made and a testament to Dosuunian determination.
- Commonwealth Imperial National Cemetery: Sitting on a somber plateau known as Heaven’s Table, perched along the edge of the Cawood Mountains, offering a breathtaking view of the Gratia Sound. Stretching across approximately 850 acres, including the revered Valley of the Dead, this hallowed ground was meticulously designed under the watchful eyes of Gunther Creed and his son, both devoted individuals who wore the uniform with pride.
The National Cemetery holds a solemn vigil over the landscape. Behind this revered ground lies the Valley of the Dead, a tragic reminder of the Ssi-Ruuvi's invasion. It is in this valley that the victims rest – those who attempted to flee, those who fought valiantly for the liberation of the city, and those who fought to protect others. Today, the Valley of the Dead is a protected area, shrouded in the somber echoes of history.
Questions linger concerning why the First Order did not retrieve the deceased and the wreckage from the Valley. This decision is rooted in the challenging environmental conditions of the elevated valley and the relentless, harsh weather it endures throughout the year. The hazard of the terrain, where ships and bodies came to rest, makes any recovery effort exceptionally difficult. The risk of disturbing or disrupting other vessels or bodies is too great. Furthermore, attempting recovery poses a genuine threat of pulling additional vessels into the wreckage.
Visitors seeking to pay their respects to those who remain in the Valley may do so from the National Cemetery's vantage point at the Valley Memorial Overlook. This poignant site provides a safe distance to reflect on the solemnity of the Valley, offering a connection to the events that unfolded and the sacrifices made in its hallowed confines.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Old Victoria was commissioned and funded by the then-Trade Representative, Valessia Brentioch. Therefore, when the First Order sought investors for Victoria's renewal, Valessia Brentioch-Creed, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, became the city's benefactor once more.
Victoria, liberated in the 860 Campaign known as the 'Reclamation,' was one of the last cities freed from the Ssi-Ruuvi, ending in Suthrig. Before the Fall of 856, Victoria was the crown jewel in the First Order's military, boasting a premier academy and the renowned Music Academy. These academies later became bunkers during the Fall, creating a labyrinth that confounded the Ssi-Ruuvi. Students-turned-soldiers used the tunnels, some dating back to the Ssi-Ruuvi's first siege, to create choke points.
Over the next four years, survivors grew stronger and devised strategies to retake the city. The Reclamation Campaign began in 860 ABY when troops from the rebuilt capital of Avalonia arrived at the ruined city. Post-Reclamation, Valessia Creed financed the efficient rebuilding of Victoria. Construction companies from Cormond on Brentaal IV arrived, influencing Victoria's architecture.
As the city progresses, it honors its past. The ruins of the old First Imperial Military Academy are still being excavated, bringing closure to families as the remains of the fallen are identified. Those with no next of kin are cremated and their ashes placed at the Memorial of 856 or the Tomb of the Unknown.
From the Bussaard Mountains to the Cawood, from Gratia Sound down the Fortuna River, Victoria offers remarkable views. Unafraid of the future, the city remembers those who sacrificed.
In 868 ABY, as the First Order quietly exited the galactic stage, Primo Victorian Enterprises continued the work initiated by Ariel Yvarro, daughter of PVE's founder Fiolette Fortan. Unlike Avalonia or Prosperia, which saw some institutional name changes, Primo Victorian maintained the name of the national cemetery, vowing to preserve the sacred ground.
By 879 ABY, Dosuun collaborated with its neighbors, forming the Dosuunian Commonwealth of Nations by 882 ABY. In 890, Kelora Priestly of House Priestly ascended the throne as High Queen of the Dosuunian Commonwealth. Soon thereafter the old Military Education Training Center became the Commonwealth Military Academy. Its economy bolstered by new stadiums, arenas, and an influx of tourists from around the Commonwealth. Victoria City continues to evolve and sticks to its motto; Victoria City - Ever Onward, Ever Forward.
