As Fiolette Fortan began to oversee more of Primo Victoria's subsidiary operations, she noticed that Primo Victoria itself had become unwieldy. Many of its resources going toward ground operations and not nearly enough focus on the company's original mission; the development of starships and their components. To this end, Fiolette, with Primo Victoria's CEO's approval broke off all of Primo Victoria's ground operations and consolidating them under a new entity and subsidiary. Victorian Imperial Security, this would not only relieve the parent company of operations it could not support but allow Fiolette to expand VIS's operations.
RATIONALE
Fiolette created Victorian Imperial Security to give parent company Primo Victorian Shipwright room to focus on starship development. This is part of Fiolette's effort to consolidate and streamline Primo Victorian's focus and the focus of its subsidiaries. Victorian Imperial Security will now handle all of Primo Victoria's ground operations, including the ability to train various intergalactic forces. This enables VIS to expand and become a full-fledged paramilitary force without hindering Primo Victorian Shipwright's main operations. Funding and support for VIS comes directly from Primo Victorian Shipwright itself.
