Victory

[Ashalah Ky]

Ashalah couldn't help but smile as she sat down in the bar on their newly acquired pirate ship. She couldn't believe her luck or her previous actions. She alone had just snuck through the walls of the ship, snuck into Captain Maher's room, killed him. She had won the Hutts a great victory that day, as they now had control over Cyborrea. They even had a new ship to add to their fleet.

But everything had to come at a price. During her assassination of the captain, two guards entered the scene. One shot her twice before they could be disposed of. Her opposite hand was covering her wounded arm, warm blood slowly spilling through her fingers. She glanced around the bar for anyone that could help. She was losing a lot of blood. She could feel her vision tunneling and shook her head to clear it. She couldn't die yet. There was still someone she needed to see.

Glancing around the busy bar, full of celebrating Cartel members, she searched for a certain [member="Tiali Orazio"]. The two had a history, albeit small one, of assassinations. She was talking to him before the mission started. He said he'd see her on the other side, then they could get drinks together. She'd like that. However, she couldn't find him. Did something happen during the fight?

She did see @Ka-Aver. They were acquaintances, talked briefly during missions. He was definitely someone she had to keep an eye on. Strength like his was a great asset to the Cartel. She would be glad if she could work with him more. She called him over. "Hey, Ka-Aver," shifting in her seat, she gritted her teeth in pain. "Where's Tiali?"

 

[Ka-Aver]

Ka-Aver passed her table with a broad grin cutting through his face. The station was sure a fine price, but foremost they could now have a few days looting this place. Ka-Aver liked loot.

He turned at the voice of [member="Ashalah Ky"] and hrinned even wider.

" Well well, if it aint the hero of the day. Let me toazt to youz zuccez!"

"Check the com system for @tisli orazio - I think I zaw him around..." he answered in between drinking.

 

[Tiali Orazio]

Tiali entered the celebration area holding a becta container in his hand tightly. He immediately notices [member="Ashalah Ky"] at the bar, he makes his way to her through crowd to the bar. Standing behind her he reaches around putting the becta on the table "That will help a lot." he takes a seat next to her, "Bar keep Novanian grog." Turning to [member="Ka-Aver"] then back to Ash "How are you both?" after the question he slides his recently damaged helmet off placing it on the table, Revealing his smiling face to the other two.

Glancing over at [member="Ka-Aver"], Ash smiled. A toast in her honour? How sweet. Unfortunately, she didn't have a drink to toast with, but a raised fist would just have to do. She reminded herself not to raise her injured arm that high again, as stabbing pain shot through her. After asking a servant for some bandages, Ash turned her attention back to Ka-Aver as she waited for Tiali's appearance. "Thank you, I'm glad to see you survived the fight too."

She blinks in surprise as a drink is set in front of her from behind, and she turns around to see the visor of [member="Tiali Orazio"]. Ash smiles as he pulls off the helmet, taking the moment to drink in his features. Mentally shaking herself from her trance, she and leans forward, tentatively picking up the becta. "Thanks," she smiles up at Tiali before taking a swig of it. "So glad you made it, although," her gaze drifts to his helmet. "I don't think your helmet's that lucky."

The servant returns with the roll of bandages and she takes it with a word of gratitude. Setting down the becta, she begins to dress her blaster wound, wincing at the pain. She didn't mind the bloody sight of it, she was used to blood.

 

[Ka-Aver]

Ka-Aver pulled out s chair and sat himself down. adjusting the leather stripes that held his gear to be comfortably placed. He drank some more beer and smacked his lips.

"Meh, I am juzt happy I did not end up in an ezcape pod... " he said and gave [member="Tiali Orazio"] a nudge with his elbow.

"Zure waz an interezting boarding. I zure have been through worze. Onze youz had that Cap'nz head it waz more or lezz over. I barely fired my gun or zwung me glaive..."
Ka-Aver was a warrior, used to and often enjoying combat. But he was fore most, much like the rest a pirate and a thief. This boarding had gone extremely easy and he had found some great loot to sell later on.

[Tiali Orazio]

The bartender placed the drink in front of Tiali. Tiali quickly curled his fingers around the drink gripping it tightly, lifting it to his mouth he takes a long sip from it.

"Yeah the pod trip was.... rough, but it was a fun trip." He gives out a light chuckle and looks between the two. "My helmet is fiiiiine... well I think it is. Anyway I'm glad you both made it, it wouldn't be the same in the office without you two."

Tiali takes another sip from his drink comfortably.

Ashalah let out a warm laugh as she fumbled with her bandage. Wrapping it had gone fine but she couldn't exactly tie it in place with just one hand. Cursing in Huttese under her breath, she kept trying to tie it one-handedly. Then she smiled up at @Ka-Aver. "Sorry 'bout that then. If I knew where you guys were in the fight, maybe I could've waited longer before completing the mission." Giving up with the bandage, she let the two ends fall, hoping it didn't start to unravel. "But I'm sure you'll have plenty more chances to get your glaivd messy."

Ash turned her attention to [member="Tiali Orazio"] and gave him a warm smile. "You too. I mean, who would buy me drinks if something happened to ya?" As if to prove her point, she took another swig of her drink.

Tiali grinds his teeth to the sight of Ash in pain and struggling with the bandage, he couldn't stand seeing her likes this "Stop please let me help you." moving closer to Ash he takes hold of the bandages and begins to apply it around the wound.

"You too. I mean, who would buy me drinks if something happened to ya?" Tiali smiles at the comment made, "Yeah, you would go thirsty without me, speaking of that" he holds the bandage in place, his other hand grabs multiple credits placing it on the table.

Then moves his hand and concentration back to the wound. "Get another drink and another for Ka-aver."

[Ka-Aver]

Ka-Aver watched the two engage in something that the weequay only could interpret as a step more into the private sphere. Was this just a flirt or more serious? Better to keep ones head calm he decided.

"Anyhow, itz nice to have a break. I heard the hutt will give the whole freakin ztation az a reward to zomeone. Iz that you [member="Ashalah Ky"] ?"

Ka-Aver happily accepted the next drink from [member="Tiali Orazio"] - while cartel droids still were searching corners of the station for runnaways or pirates refusing to give themselves up most of the big guns, like Tiali was in the cantina. That meant that any real threat was handled by now. So Ka-Aver relaxed.

"Thanks," she smiled, letting her hand fall so that [member="Tiali Orazio"] could help her. As he bandaged her wound, she used her other hand to reach for her drink and finish it in a few gulps. Luckily Tiali had that covered as well. This guy was too good. Turning her attention to [member="Ka-Aver"], she shook her head. "No I haven't received any word about the station." She shrugged and placed her empty glass on the table. "I was wondering about that myself too."

Tiali thinks for a moment "What would one of you two do with a station anyway?" He begins to finishing dressing the wound, "There we are done! you wounded anywhere else? Or can we enjoy our drink's?" He smiles and winks happily, this was a good day a victory for the cartel, Tiali got shot out like a canon towards a ship.

Could this day get better he thinks to himself?

Glancing down at her bandaged arm, a smile spreading across her face. "Thank you," at his question, she shook her head before turning her ocean blue gaze on him. "No that's it." She started to laugh before taking another sip of her drink. "You should see the other guy." What would she do with a station?

She thought about it for a bit before shrugging. "I always thought about having an entire ship as my own personal armoury." She took another drink, finishing the contents of the cup. "But what are your plans now?" Placing the empty glass down on the table in front of her, she leaned closer to Tiali.
