Vienna is a striking and very noticeable figure when in a crowd. Her stature and presence alone are often enough to draw attention to herself when out and about. The most striking feature at a glance is usually her cybernetic arm, a blend of elegant yet functional design, crafted from Cortosis by artisan smiths hired to create it to her particular specifications. The next feature people tend to notice when meeting Vienna Hourne is her eyes, especially when her ireful gaze falls upon them, as her eyes glow a bright purple as a result of augmentation and experimentation.

Vienna may come off as a cordial, respectable, and kind businesswoman to the public, but beneath that facade, she puts up as a front lies a cold and ruthless crime boss. Vienna is a cunning and charismatic individual, able to garner the loyalty of those that serve beneath her as well as being able to sway the opinions of those she wishes to deal with. Vienna takes great pride in her enterprise, and there is little in the Galaxy that she has a passion for amongst other things. With numerous fronts and dealings with pharmaceutical companies, vehicle factories, and a plethora more that hide her illicit activities and businesses, so it is wise for those who value their lives to steer clear of crossing her or meddling with her practices. Her deceptive nature is the reason why she has thrived and done well in a galaxy rife with turmoil and conflict; She will sooner stab you in the throat and look you in the eyes while doing so as she would stab you in the back while embracing you.
Vienna Hourne wears a mask due to past injuries that have made her ability to breathe difficult and are incorporated into her face and throat. Conveniently so, it makes it impossible to Force Choke as she has alternative airways to breathe through. Vienna despite her appearances is also an incredibly capable and gifted individual in combat, having served long as an enforcer for her family's underworld syndicate before moving on to become the head of its business operations. Her use of small arms, as well as hand-to-hand combat, is something to be feared and respected and both of which she is willing to show off when necessary as a display of power and dominance. Her left arm had been taken by a rogue Sith that attempted to do business with her, and since then has been replaced with a cybernetic augment that is plated in Cortosis with the strength of a crushgaunt as well as several hidden features. For reasons that are not apparently obvious, Vienna also appears to be Force Dead. Her reflexes are heightened as a result of experimentation and augmentation done to herself.

Vienna is an exceptional diplomat with a tongue of silver when she chooses to be, skilled in swaying and persuading clients and the general public to work in her favor. This often leads many rivals and such to believe her to be a soft and weak individual; a mistake they typically make too late when they find that she is equally skilled in combat as she is with speaking.

Vienna is an egotistical and apathetic individual, showing little care or regard for those around her if they serve no particular use or value to herself. This usually results in her changing sides if a better business proposition arises. The only loyalty she truly has is to herself.
