Villa Del Arenais is a residence built upon a lifestyle block on the outskirts of Port Solaris which borders the countryside of Ovates, Mnemosyne. The modern home has been built within the hillside, using the earth around it for some semblance of cover and heating, yet is otherwise accessible by one and all using either local roads or the landing pad situated at the back of the grounds.
For all intents and purposes, this residence appears to be little more than another local home, barring none from entering the grounds of the Villa.

Upon first impressions, Villa Del Arenais appears to be a modern constructed residence belonging to well-to-do locals of Mnemosyne and boasts no noticeable security or deterrence from visiting guests, wanted or otherwise.
Dug into the hillside, the interior of the manor is larger than what it would appear, with an underground floor and rooms upon either side, covered by the earth with the exception of the curved rooftop to deter the weather from settling and doing any long term damage.
The outside grounds consist of five acres of land, for which used to be fields for farming, yet have since been refashioned and tirelessly worked upon to turn into gardens, displaying a rather pristine sight for those wandering the outdoors.
POINTS OF INTEREST- 6x Bedrooms (1x Ensuite): Each of these four bedrooms are significantly large and spacious for family and guests overnight stay. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite for added privacy and convenience.
- 2x Bathrooms: These bathrooms are both large and lavish, one on either side of the residence for the convenience and comfort of guests or family occupants.
- 2x Living areas: These living areas are large lounge and dining areas for the occupant's rest and relaxation, a social environment for parties or a simple quiet evening away from the public eye.
- 1x Gym/training room: The private gymnasium and training area is filled with expensive equipment required to keep up with the training that Caedyn Arenais would otherwise be undertaking within the Silver Rest on Kashyyyk.
- Personal Offices (One each): Two rooms of the Estate have been equipped with office decor, where Caedyn and Loreena can both get away to do their work or tend to their professional needs within their own home and do so undisturbed from whomever else might be visiting or around. They each have their own holo-terminals, plenty of storage and filing cabinets, as well as a couch for guests and holo-vision for when one needs a break from all the serious business in their lives.
- 1x Kitchen: Stocked with good food and high tech utilities any chef could ask for, the day to day lifestyle of the Twins Caedyn and Loreena Arenais likely don't do this kitchen the justice it deserves.
- Outdoor Pool: The outside swimming pool is large and considerably deep at one end, it arcs around a mass of land where those who visit can sunbathe or relax and forget about the stressors of the Galaxy.
- Villa Grounds: Formerly a rural title, the Villa Grounds used to be farmland until they were landscaped and recreated into beautiful gardens and plentiful roaming space.
- Vehicle Garage: The underground garage is situated at the rear of the Villa, ground-based vehicles stowed away and accessible via the basement level one.
- External Landing Pad: To the right of the Villa is a large external landing pad for air and spacecraft, capable of holding three docked craft at a time and usually housed by Caedyn and Lori's regular craft.
- Underground Bunker: The underground bunker was designed for the safe housing of personnel in the case that Mnemosyne might come under orbital attack. Designed by Veiere and Kay Arenais, one can assume it was built after the invasion of Commenor, this one including all the household comforts as well as a workshop for the creation of personal works like armour and weaponsmithing.
Security rating: Average.
- Security Alarm: As mentioned above, the Estate has internal motion sensors which can be activated via a private code for which only Caedyn or Loreena and those they deem trustworthy, will know. Should there be any movement within the Estate, identifiable as a humanoid figure, for example, the alarm will sound and alert those in the nearby area as well as notifying local Security, the law enforcement agency of the Space-Station.
- Encrypted Keycard Access: A house key in the form of a credit card. These are exactly what they sound like, meant for unlocking the doors via access panels that the cards can be swiped over.
- External Security Cameras: Positioned on the exterior of the Estate, the security camera’s capture everything around the property, specifically the entrance points of the household in the case that someone might try to break in while Caedyn or Loreena isn’t home. These cameras are monitored and recorded via a set of console terminals within the Estate’s Panic Room, explained further below.
- Perimeter Motion Detection Sensors: These high-tech sensors are positioned on the outskirts of the Villa's grounds, able to distinguish between animals and people, set to alert the household residents should unexpected guests cross over into the royal estate, triggering the security alarm if it's active.
- Panic Room: Located in the Master Bedroom and disguised as part of the rear wall, this reinforced-Quadanium room can be opened via remote that Caedyn keeps within a bedside draw. Once opened and situated inside, both Caedyn or Loreena's access keys can be used to secure the room and lock it down so that even the remote if used, cannot override and allow any persons inside. Once in this state of lockdown, the Panic Room can only be opened from the inside, leaving Caedyn and Lori in the safest place they could be should anyone seek to harm them.
In light of the former residence on Commenor, "Chateau La Arenais", Caedyn Arenais saw fit to refer to the new Royal Home as "Villa Del Arenais" in remembrance of his and Loreena Arenais' parents, a bit of an inside joke at their expense after having discovered their connection to the royal line presiding over the constitutional monarchy of Mnemosyne.
During the twins youngest years, behind the fame of their ruling over Commenor and establishing the Commenor Systems Alliance, Veiere and Kay Arenais had also invested their time into establishing a prospering government on Mnemosyne, doing their best and sinking a lot of funds and time into keeping their connection to the second world a secret. With the founding of the Constitutional Monarchy, both Veiere and Kay were able to walk away knowing that the government of Mnemosyne would continue to operate with the guiding principles that the royal pair had encouraged, keeping consistent contact open in order to monitor the world's progress from afar.
Due to their frequent visiting, the pair were given a place of residence for which they could rest when not dealing with matters of official or government nature; the very same residence that Caedyn Arenais and
Loreena Arenais-Valhoun
would assume ownership of following the passing of their parents and their inheriting the line of succession, becoming the leading monarchs of today.
