Strengths:

• Songsteel Forged: With the breastplate being forged out of Songsteel, it is lightweight as well as resistant to lightsabers and blasters along with being highly resistant to blades.
• Shell-Spider Cloak: With the cloak being woven from Shell-Spider Silk it provides a limited resistant to Blasters and blades.
• Imbued Cloak: While the cloak was being woven, it was Imbued with the Force. The effect of the Imbuement is that it helps focus his attention and strengthen his will and focus; especially in battle.

Weaknesses:

• Torso Only: The armour is a Breastplate with an attached cloak at the shoulders. Very little protection is given to his legs and arms.
• Blunt Trauma: Despite the protection given to the wearer, blunt force can possible dent the breastplate and the force of the strike can still translate through the metal and to the torso beneath. The cloak also has no effect in protecting against a blunt attack.
• Slugs and Explosions: Much like with blunt force, the breastplate and cloak are ill equipped to resist slugs from slugthrowers as well as explosives.
• Force Imbued: With the effect of the cloak existing due to it being Force-Imbued, Force nullifying and weakening creatures (like the Ysalamiri) and materials (like Voidstone) will negate the effect.

DESCRIPTION:
Forged by the hands of Virak Ip, this Breastplate is one that he will wear often in his position as Senator of Sev Tok. However, it is not ceremonial and is, in fact, designed to be used in battle should the need arise. With it being forged out of Songsteel, it is light weight; making the task of wearing it in office much easier while also permitting a limited amount of acrobatics that would otherwise be restricted.
The cloak, attached to the front of the breastplates shoulders, ends at around knee length. It is woven from Shell Spider Silk, granting it some measure of resistance to blasters and blade both, however, the special thing about the cloak is that it is Force-Imbued. This causes it to strength to will and focus of its wearer.

Weight: 1.4kg.

• That's a tad too little. Songsteel is still a metal, and while light, that's too low. You've also got a whole cloak included with the set, and those things aren't exactly light either.
• A total of 3-4 kg will work just fine.

1. Slugthrowers and explosives should be able to pierce this just fine. Please add that to Weaknesses.
2. Ysalamiri, Voidstone, and other Force-nullifying or weakening effects will also negate the effect of the Force Imbuement. Please add that to Weaknesses.
