STANDARD FEATURES
Crew Quarters - Spaced evenly throughout the cruiser, the crew quarters are where most of the ship's crew resides. There are twenty of these crew quarters, each capable of fitting ten people in five double bunk beds. In between the beds, there are small storage compartments for receiving letters or holding important personal artifacts. The rooms are rectangular, with the long end being from the left to the right of the entry doors.

Officer Quarters - In the upper decks, there are six officer quarters. Each one houses four officers, except for the sixth one which houses only the captain and his first mate. The beds are slightly larger than the beds in the crew quarters, and are not bunks. Between the beds are expanded storage compartments. The officer quarters are the same size as the crew quarters and have the same rectangular layout.

Mess Hall - Just to the right of the center of the cruiser, there is a circle-shaped, open space in where rations can be distributed. There are dozens of tables and even more chairs, capable of seating hundreds.

Bridge - Near the center of the Viscus-class Hunter Cruiser, the small command bridge protrudes slightly from the surrounding frame. Its viewports provide a 180 degree view of the ship's surroundings. In the center of the bridge is a comms array, surrounded by varying smaller systems for navigation and secondary communication. At the front of the bridge, a stationary, revolving command chair provides the captain a comfortable place to control the ship.

ADVANCED SYSTEMS
Strengths:
  • Caught In My Trap - The Viscus-class Hunter Cruiser excels at hunting down and catching smaller vessels. Numerous tractor beams, a decently sized hangar and multiple boarding tubes allow the Viscus to directly apply its crew compliment into enemy ships, or even suck them up into the cruiser's own expanses.
  • Striker - The powerful armaments of the Viscus-class light cruiser and its relatively light weight make it perfect for hit-and-run operations.
Weaknesses:
  • Pick On Someone Your Own Size - The Hunter Cruiser is a vessel of opportunity, and does not fare well against well-armed and armored ships of a similar or larger size. A heavy cruiser or Destroyer can often be considered a highly effective countermeasure against a Viscus Hunter Cruiser.
  • Fickle - Hit-and-run craft are generally defined by a low vitality, and the Viscus Hunter Cruiser is no exception. Sustained fire will most likely find its way into one of the cruiser's central systems and cause lasting damage or even destruction of the vessel.
  • Uncoordinated - Compared to other cruisers of similar statistics, the Viscus Hunter Cruiser has a relatively small command bridge, and consequently less room to apply comms and coordination equipment. Therefore, any level of jamming can prove highly effective against a Viscus cruiser's crew.
Description: The Viscus-class Hunter Cruiser was the first project ORME had made for Kanjiclub.

Designed in secret, its existence is kept hidden from the general public in fear of dirtying the company's reputation. The cruiser is highly based off Outer Rim's earlier Twinkie-class light cruiser, one of the company's first vessels to cross the 500m threshold. The Twinkie's design was taken and slightly altered, with more of an emphasis on engines and lightweight function, and a greater armament at the price of less armor.

The Vicsus Hunter Cruiser represents everything the Twinkie is not. While the Twinkie is more suited for escort duties and small-scale frontline brawling, the Viscus is a strike cruiser by nature. Its tractor beams and enlarged hangar are visual proof of the cruiser's change in its original function. Additionally, there are ten boarding tubes that function similarly to escape pods, albeit heavily armored and boosted pods that can smash through the hangars of enemy vessels.
