[5:36:20 PM] Solan Charr (Justin Nobrega): Basically, as I said before where we do something where we craft a story rather than continue to play the game of risk, due to war not being needed. This could be from a conversation, rebuilding, even setting up a mine in which the both of our factions benefit and neither lose out. I don't know if two factions technically 'owning' the same planet, something I have to ask the admins. But if it is possible I think it would be awesome as it would both open an immediate RP as well as many RPs down the road.

The other option, as they seem to want something different from the war zone where we kind of steam roll things, would be to do like a semi-political dramarama, Summit... thing.

The Vitae would need to present a very strong case as to why they should have anything to do with one of our historic worlds. Historic here meaning that it belonged to this website's CIS. This isn't to mention that some of our member-corporations hold total legal control over the mining operations.

I do not see any particular reason why the Techno Union would share ownership of a world with an organization that lacks a functioning government. They knew they were moving in on our little "manifest destiny" expansion.

• The Vitae Alliance and the Techno Union will enter into a formal non-aggression pact.
• The Vitae Alliance and the Techno Union will establish embassies on their capitol worlds to facilitate further communication, cooperation, and dialogue.
• The Techno Union will be recognized as the sole legal authority over Apatros.
• The Techno Union will grant Purple Sector G of Apatros to the Vitae Alliance in order for them to enjoy their own supply of cortosis.
• The Vitae Alliance will be recognized as the sole legal government of all Wild Space stretching to the West of their current borders.
• The Vitae Alliance will expand no further Northward of Melida/Daan.
• The Techno Union will be recognized as the sole legal government of all space between the points of Druckenwell, Enarc, Maramere, and Zhar.
