Looks like a Pandyn in beskar'gam. Kinda self explanatory.

BIOGRAPHY:
Left his home villiage with his sister to become the heros of legends and ended up stuck on Mandalore when it was effectively cut off from most space travel. (Or liked the food and stayed.) And just started collecting beskar'gam and showing up at clan meetings in secret. A kind old Rekali took him under his wing for basic training but no adoption was ever performed. When travel became possible his sister fell asleep on a ship and left while Vo was busy bulding a hut for them.

He got this outline finished and just called it done.
